Worst customer service i have ever had. If i would have know how these people were i would have bought my car right out. Instead of thinking i was getting credit for making payments on time and just wasting my money on interest

My experience with them has always been positive. No problems as long as you make your payment on time .

worst company ever! Rude people! Have to drive an hour to make my car payment every month because they don’t take card or online payments.

If your 1 day passed your car payment due date they WILL repo your car, they dont work with you and it is true that if you pay a little extra a month the money does not go towards your principal, they just hold it and take it off your next payment. Customer service is horrible too. First and last time I use this company.

I am very grateful to A-L financial. This company took a chance on me when other wouldn't. As long as you're an adult and pay on time you will have no issues. After about a year and a half of on time payments I needed to request an extension. Monica worked with me and gave me a deferment witch took that months payment and moved it to my last payment this helped me more then the extension would have .This was only possible as I was caught up never late and asked before the payment was due. Kudos to A-L and Monica.

Scummy company. They will cheat you. At the very last payment on my loan, with only 200 dollars left on it after paying it off for a year, they suddenly were unable to receive the payment, claimed that they weren't getting it despite it working just fine for the past year, just so they could repo my car at the last minute. Don't trust these people.

Horrific customer service. I am nearly done paying off my car and I did not have to finance with AL Financial due to bad credit I just simply had no credit, 29.5% interest rate for a 11k car I paid nearly 19K, almost double the sales price. I moved out of AZ shortly after purchasing the car, so I was no longer able to take the payments in and would have to send them via mail. WELLLLL that screwed me up soooooo bad. From Oakland CA to Tucson would take 2 weeks. Wouldn't you know it, so that they could get the damned interest and penalty charges, this was only if I sent the payment a week before it was due. However if I sent it 2-3 weeks early they would try to cash it within a few days ya know the three days it takes for normal mail to get there. Imagine that right?! I recently moved to Washington and tried to get my plates changed over to renew my tabs, well I had to jump through hoops, My dad had passed away and I was in Tucson, I went in to get my title to transfer my tabs and they told me that they had to reach out to AL in PHX then request it be sent to Tucson then once they did that, they would make sure I was current on my payment which I was. Then it would take another week to get to WA. It was an all around mess. Even though they know their "mail department" didn't check the mail often or post payments I would speak to them and let them it was on its way. They said so long as it was noted that I wouldn't get penalties. That's a lie. For two years they didn't post my payments to any credit reporting agencies until they started getting them "late" now they post that to the credit buereu I'm 2k away from paying off my car. I cannot wait I am also glad this location is being moved to PHX maybe they'll have better customer service.

If you come here you must have bad credit like me. But I am greatful to A-L FINANCIAL they loaned me the money when no one would. I was never late on my payments and I paid it off ealry that's the best advice I can give pay it off ASAP! Avoid more interest pay off early and only borrow what you can afford. And Ross is cool.

No website, no online bill pay, very inconvenient. I dont like sending checks in the mail. Too many things can go wrong. I'm refinancing as soon as I can.

This is the worst experience I have ever had! Constant calls even if u make a payment arrangement I'm at work and get 5+ calls! The customer service is absolute crap!
