3Rivers Shoppes of Scott Road Illinois Rd, Fort Wayne

I've been banking with 3 Rivers for years. Never had an issue at any branch. I wasn't to happy with the branch manager here. From the time I first sat down with him he seemed uninterested and a bit rude. I explained my situation and he didn't really help me out. Wish he was more understanding and professional. Its to bad because everyone else at the branch was very nice...

Hard to imagine a bank or credit union could be any better than 3 Rivers. In 30 years my only gripe is they changed their account number system then they started rejecting auto-bills that weren't marked with the new system. Not cool but not fatal either. They almost always get me the best rates on cards, auto loans, even my home loan.

3 rivers is a great local credit union. The staff at this branch are amazing. So friendly and helpful. I'll never switch banks again!

The staff is always friendly and has a smile on their face! They're always willing to go that extra mile to make sure you get the right solution! The branch is always in great condition and has a relaxing and comforting environment!

What a great place to go for your money matters. I was able to apply for a car loan in the morning and pick up a check that afternoon. They are very helpful and make my hectic life a little bit easier.

This credit union is a joke. Multiple times they deposited my paycheck into somebody else's account, have poor online banking access and terrible customer service. Stay away from this place

Awful Kendallville branch too 2 30 dollar over drafts out when I one over drafted once so I should have only had one charge
