    I came in with an issue yesterday where a company made multiple duplicate charges on my account without my authorization. Blaine was very patient, kind, and helpful during the lengthy process to file the dispute, close the account, open another account, order checks, get a new debit card, shred the old card, and followed up with me by the end of the business day. I rarely experience this level of customer service anywhere. I had a complete mood change by the time I left. My issue didn't seem as bad after Blaine helped me with it.

    I don't know why they changed from DCCU. I hope the service remains the same.

    I spoke to someone on your service line, when I called in to simply ask if I can open a new account with no charge? 1st Caitlin replied to me back, "Wait what did you just ask?" she was typing on her computer and didn't even listen to me, I repeated the question and she still said, "I don't understand what you're asking? Do you want to make a new account with us or do you want to have another savings account within the account you have already?" and I said, "well I didn't know that was an option, well what would that charge be?" she did not answer me she kept typing and then she asked me for the account number I told her hold on let me log on to my account so I can get it. she told me I can give her my social security number I asked her can I give you my birthday instead? She said no it has to be one the account number or social security number by that time she had spoken out of tone and I did not trust to give my social security number to her she was not acting professional.Than I told her Okay let me log on, she proceeded to tell me OK how long is that going to take and I told her not very long and she said "OK just as long as it doesn't take very long, that's fine!" I couldn't believe what had just came out of her mouth. I asked for her name, which she said was Katelyn and then I told her you know what I will just drive down there and ask for all my questions and then after I said that she said, "are you sure?" I proceeded to tell her no it's fine I will just go down there and then she said, "you sure because I will give you time to look up your account number." Funny how once I had asked what her name was and said I would just go down there she decided to be nice in her tone changed back to a nice innocent customer service voice. I never understood what was the problem with me just asking and trying to get more information on the company that I already have an account with this needs to be acknowledged and I hope your company does so. I did call this location

    I would just like to say that this has been the best bank experience I have ever had, Denver Community is the best and I highly recommended them to anyone looking for a credit union. I would also like to personally thank Andrew Atchley Barr he helped me so much today and for that I am extremely grateful for his assistance! Its nice to feel like when the world is against you that someone is standing in your corner.

    They literally charge you a fee to use their ATM outside of their building, Don’t you think a branch like this would have their ATM be free especially during COVID-19 most companies would like to limit person to person contact. I just don’t understand their thinking process.

    Our ATMs are free to all of our Denver Community members using their Denver Community debit/ATM cards, and all members of a credit union that uses the CO-OP ATM network. Please contact us directly if you were charged a fee while using the Denver Community card, as that would not be correct. 303-573-1170.

    This bank is beyond horrible. Was with them 3+ years and they done nothing for me. If you are rich and have great credit they work with you. They refuse to help you with anything. They love charging you fees though!! Total banker scum personality we are better than you attitude. Horrible bank. I highly recommend somewhere else.

    Vanessa is awesome. Everytime I come in the Credit union I'm greeted by her with a smile and hello . She treats me as a friend and not just as a member . Vanessa is very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions I have or concerns. Great credit union and great staff .
