This process can be hair pulling at times, but this team of people are true professionals that make it easy! Ms. Sarah Alberts and Mr. Zach Peecher are second to none when it comes to organization, communication, timing, and customer service. My loan was a jumbo cash out refi and they got me an unreal rate, saved me thousands, and allowed me to pay off all my debt with this amazing product! My loan was sold off within 30 days to a service provider that would not meet the terms of the original commitment from AmeriFirst. The company that purchased the loan is name AmeriHome. My representative, Justin, explained to me that they can't control who buys the loans and that only 5% of the loan purchasers they work with can't match the terms offered by nearly all real mortgage companies. Ultimately, the issue is over $84k in damage to me and I will have to seek resolution through alternative means.
