WSFS Bank Atlantic Ave, Ocean View

I lost my wallet and went into the Ocean View branch near tears! There was only one person behind the counter and her smile was was very reassuring. She canceled my debit card and gave me a new one. Then she did something that not too many people would do...she found another employee and came out to my vehicle and looked for my wallet! She found it in 30 seconds!!! We hugged and I will never forget her! Her name is Trish and she said this wasn't her normal branch. I don't know where her branch is but they are better for having her! The people who work here are great. The location is convenient. There are wsfs withdrawal locations throughout Bethany: near boardwalk and at Walgreens. The only thing I don’t like is the high minimum requirement for savings accounts: $500 or you pay a fee. Otherwise pleased. Mostly due to their employees.

Awful experience. Branch manager talked down to me the whole time and treated me with no respect. WARNING, do NOT bank here. Luckily Fulton Bank was right across the street.

The worst bank I’ve ever had I will choose Bank of America in SECU over them any day They have horrible security measures.

Made me very uncomfortable. Will not be coming back
