Pam and her team took extremely good care of myself and my fiancé throughout our entire wedding process, from helping him find the perfect engagement ring for me to perfecting our wedding bands for the big day. I couldn't trust anyone more with those special pieces than them!

My husband and I have visited Wright Pawn many times. We have sold items there and purchased items there. We have always been treated fairly on both sides of the transactions. We appreciate their honesty and refer our friends to Wright Pawn frequently.

I went in today to authenticate a piece of jewelry and James was very helpful, patient and detailed about my piece! Great place with such great merchandise!!

I came in a few weeks ago and was looking for something specific. I didn't find it at this store however I was very pleased with the experience. I did not feel pressured and a man named Lee assisted me the whole way. He was knowledgeable and super nice and made me feel at home. I will come back again just to shop with him.

I remember when I walked in this place, all eyes got big and I immediately felt uncomfortable. I, then remembered my skin color. I took myself and my business else where. What I don't get is why in the world do 'people' have to ask you questions like they do not believe you own this ring because of your race?! Can't I own jewelry, too, WITHOUT your permission?!

Honestly, this place is such a scam and really ghetto. Not to mention dirty. Don't bring in your designer items and let it go out of sight because they will damage your property and say that you brought it in that condition. As others have noted, there seems to be a racial bias here. If you're white and look rich, they'll work with you. Good luck trying to sell your items though! I won't be coming back.
