We were working with Norris and Frank to purchase a vehicle. They told us to take our trade in elsewhere to get appraised and then sold the vehicle out from under us while we were doing that. I’m very disappointed that they didn’t stay true to their word and hold the car. The worst thing is that they didn’t even give us a chance to purchase by calling us to let us know this was happening. You think they would be more reliable to a returning customer. Poor service all around and won’t be purchasing from them again.

I brought the truck in for recall work to be done (having to borrow a car from a friend because "the loaner cars had all been sold...), and had asked them to give me a call about performing an ECU flash per a TSB I had seen. I mentioned calling me before doing the work not only on the phone when making the appointment, but also wrote it on the key drop envelope. Sure enough, I got a call at the end of the day saying the work had been done and I owed $130 for the re-flash. Otherwise, the truck seems fine, the recall work REALLY changed the dynamics of the power steering so it feels very strange to drive but I assume that it's normal? Who knows.

Dan and Jordan was awesome. The team was patient and worked well to get me into my new ride.

Needed a key made because I lost my original. Was getting quotes from locksmiths in the range of $350. Called Woodbury Chevy, spoke with Dave, and he provided amazing customer service and explained the whole process. For a fraction of the cost, I got a key made and programming instructions provided by Dave, did it myself and saved a ton. Couldn't be happier with the service here. Will definitely use them for my Chevy needs.
