I got a xbox elite controller here and it had so much stick drift that I could not even start a game until I lowered all the settings. They told me everything was fine and it all worked but when I got it home that's when I found out. I was very angry and let them know what I think. They then let me know that they would infact give me my money back after telling me when I bought it thst they don't do refunds. But I did get my money back but had to drive here from oxnard 2 different times. I'll let you decide if you think it's a good place or not. But they definitely need to check there merchandise better and take better care to watch over us as we don't know and they do.

I came to the shop to buy a watch and was helped by a friendly employee named Michael. He really knew his stuff about watches and gave me some good information on the wathces I was looking to purchase. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't trying to push me to buy one.

Experts, these guys (and ladies) really know their stuff they are honest and give top dollar compared to other pawn and jewelry shops around. Quick and easy. If you are coming in close to closing give them a call they will accommodate your reasonable requests. (Stay open 5 extra minutes etc.) Otherwise they are done with business handlings at closing time on the dot! I love this place for buying, selling and the occasional pawn.
