Love Woodforest. I left my debit card at home in a different city and Ryan was so nice the entire time. Both of the other tellers were also really professional and going out of their way for the other people as well. There’s just something so refreshing about genuinely happy/nice people. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have used Woodforest since 2018 and had no problems at first. Recently I deposited a check into my account. I went to check how much money I had and noticed I was near -$200. It shouldnt show any transaction history for a compromised card, and it doesn't even show that I deposited the check into my account. Woodforest is unwilling to help. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

Good at getting your money back if something takes it out of your account without your knowledge but they need more tellers!!!!!

I like the hours, great people, and they have always handled every issue I had no questions asked and fast. The best bank o have ever had, I have been there for years now.

My favorite bank I have ever done business with. Easy to find no matter where you are . Great people recommend you all the time .

This place always has really nice people, but every single check I've ever deposited has been put on 7-10 day hold and it's really starting to get on my nerves.

I love banking at Woodforest. The employees are all super helpful and know me and my family when we go in. One of the best decisions I ever made to switch from my previous bank to Woodforest

There a good bank the only thing i would say is they need to answer there phones i know they get busy but still it would help.
