Very rude. Disrespectful. I've never been treated so poorly as a banking customer!

Been lied to so many times from the African American woman that works there that I just changed banks. Lazy and unwilling to help.

This place is trash, they want to charge you for every little thing and today they held us an hour because blonde lady with colorful nails got a call from mom all wired out when we got there they told us be a min a min turned to 30 mins then an hour and we left and they made me late to an appointment that got closed so better luck for me tomorrow. Keep personal things at home don’t bring it to work because you’re costing people valuable time. Last time coming here and I’m not paying anything, conover is so much better.

Not a good place to go to if you like to be discriminated against if you're handicapped and can't read so I wouldn't even give this a one star. My husband is disabled person and they wouldn't take and help him out with the deposit slip or take his change he had.

Need to change your website hours now people are late on bills because you're your liars

Overnight deposits at this branch don’t actually get deposited the next day. Every other branch I’ve ever deposited to is in my account first thing next morning.

If you try to call they don't answer drove 35 mins and it could have been done over phone

I would recommend every one of my friends to bank with this bank.
