Truist Highway, Hickory

Truist is a great bank, please explore how Wells Fargo makes mobile deposits easy. Mobile deposits need to be simplified, not so busy...thank you.

Went to withdraw monies to pay for rent. First told me I didn't have the funds and then after I told them that they have pulled my funds they told me to come in. Been waiting for over 30 mins for a simple transaction

Sorriest service around. I was at 3 truist branches and they are all closed today (Tues). Sign posted on the door says temporarily closed. Yesterday was MLK,closed, day before was Sunday. No sign of when they will reopen. I do NOT recommended this bank.

While traveling through the area, I took in a cash deposit with a huge amount of 1's from a charity event we had held at home right before leaving town. Teller Jennifer was happy, cheerful and efficient processing the deposit. We got our RV hung up in their driveway and Lenzi was very helpful and accommodating, even inviting us to sit inside while we waited for Roadside Assistance!

I typically have a GREAT experience with BB&T and this branch. However, the current branch manager, L Moore, does not provide the level of customer service to which I am accustomed from BB&T. It's frustrating when your expectation of their usually stellar customer service results in unanswered emails, lack of response, and unhelpful - almost rude - attitude. BB&T should reconsider their staffing of L Moore in management.

Always have some kind of trouble at this BB& T, all the rest of the branches are always nice & very helpful/ we're a long time customers, have 4 accounts. But this one always gives me trouble, even my 81 year old Dad😡/ give him a hard time& he has a lot if money "THAT THEY GET TO USE" want be using this place any more!!!!

I went into the Highway 70 branch on a Saturday with alot of deposits and my Teller Rocio was exceptional !! She was very polite, cheerful. It did not bother her that I have gave her alot of work to do.I appreciate BB&T for being open on Saturday for people that cannot get to the bank Monday through Friday and I appreciate Rocio and her cheerfulness and willingness to serve me today. Thank you Rocio !!

First off, I'd like to say that I've been a customer with BB&T for over 18 years. This branch is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Your carelessness and lack of appreciation for my business is absolutely revolting.

worst experience everytime i come. especially drive thru. the workers act like they can’t see your car and ignore you for 10 minutes then will finally come up and take my deposit and act as if i haven’t been sitting at the window forever.

Rude, unconcerned, unprofessional. I made a deposit they where having technical difficulties they say but didn't inform me my deposit wouldn't show up till later that night. I need to to pay bills then not later that night. I will never be back to that bank. Somebody needs to get it together there.
