Why would any bank wait until 10.00 to open? As bad as I despise my new bank take over by truist, they still open at 9.00. These Chinese owned banks are horrible.

I have been a customer here for over 3 years; and I have always been very satisfied with the service. I recently had a scarey issue with my card account. I immediately talked to them, gave all information I possibly could, trying to understand what went wrong. She explained all details I had never dealt with, and immediately started to investigate the problem. 2 days later: the issue was resolved, my account is active and secure again. I’m extremely grateful for the quick response, and positive outcome. I will definitely continue to be a customer here. Thank you!

My boyfriend went in to the branch to deposit a check into his account-no money back, just a deposit. Amanda made him feel like he was trying to rob the bank-looking at him with disdain, calling for approval, asking what the check was FOR...since WHEN is that a policy? When is personal information about your life needed to DEPOSIT A CHECK?? Oh, and I should mention...he's black. I am not and have NEVER been asked that question even with checks that were larger amounts! We are currently asking around to see if we have any recourse we can pursue because NO ONE should be treated that way!

I have been going to this bank for three years, they have new people working there and they customer service is horrible. Allison she needs another job because she don't know nothing about customer service very rude

Been banking with them for 5 years go in today to withdraw my money and new blonde head woman working very rude told me I needed my ID and bank card to withdraw my money didn't have them so she refused to let me withdraw told me its our new policy this is a place I have only needed my ID when I opened my account have always came in and made a withdraw every week never needing my ID or bank card was already planning on moving banks due to my debit card stopped working and was told I had to pay for another one myself even if it is malfunctioning

They stole $55 from me I over payed my phone bill 3 times by accident and when I was supposed to be refunded my money by the bank they only refunded me twice and wouldn't give me the third payment and when I tried to talk to the guy from the bank on the phone about it he was really rude and wouldn't listen to my concerns or help me with my problem he just wanted me to come in and get my statement that doesn't help me at all when I no how much money I had and how much I was supposed to have after I received my refunds back Newsflash people no how much money they make when they get payed and what is supposed to be in there account and when someone takes there money!!

They are wonderful on helping us out keep up the great work
