      Praise one branch just to get the absolute worst service at this branch!! Your tellers have no business questioning why I need money or why I have the amount in my account that I do. It's seriously none of their business. Don't bother trying to address issues in person because there's never "anyone here for you to talk to." After today,I'm seriously considering pulling my account that I've had for 15 years out of this bank!

      LOW CLASS. Bank tellers are on a power trip, questioning things they have no business questioning. No class or customer service. Especially Erica Spencer. She needs fired or sent to an etiquette class. Come here if you want to be verbally abused and degraded for absolutely no reason.
