    Worst bank ever their atms are horrible. I went one time and deposited $500 and it didn’t put it in my account so I had to file a dispute to get my money back, and then I went again another time and it did the same thing where it didn’t put my money in my account and it wouldn’t give me my card back I am switching banks as soon as possible I have never had this many issues anywhere else I do not recommend

    Not a fan about calling a corporate number for assistance when I am at a specific location. I used a drive-through ATM & incorrectly inserted my debit card. I had trouble pulling it out. Without driving away to seek assistance inside, I called the 800 number. Even though the service provider was kind and helpful, all she could do was email this location notifying them of my issue. Waited a few minutes, nothing. Finally, I left my vehicle to walk into the center where a friendly associate caught my attention and quickly provided assistance. All is well with the world now. I will pay closer attention next visit.

That being said, the partner-employee you spoke with on the phone should have been able to try to reach someone at that location via phone instead of email.     I feel like there customer service lacks. The outside ATM are my money and it’s like no one even cares about getting it back to me. I called and told them and did what I was suppose to do by filing a report with Visa.The Assistant manager said I would have it back in 24 hours and it’s still not there. It’s going on day 3 and nothing. Not happy at all and thinking about looking into another credit union.

    I went through the Drive through for the first time to make a payment. Ladies came out to clean keypads and screens so I asked how to do payments with the information I had. Computers were updating at the time so she explained what was going to happen when the system came back on and then suggested I put payment in the Night drop (the other lane) so she went to the Depository and got an envelope for me. When they processed the payment, Bailey called to let me know they received and processed. Thank you so much.

    I would not recommend using this bank. They will charge you an overdraft fee anytime they can even when you deposit a check and they place a hold on your money. Go to Huntington Bank they will do you right.
