We had gotten are last car from here. My wife was in an accident. The car was totaled. We called to let them know. The first thing they asked was if every one was ok. They were more worried about my wife being ok then the car. The way they help us with everything. We got are next car from them. Janet help us so much with helping to find a new car to help with what the insurance company need for the pay off. I can not thank them enough for all there help.

There was only one man on the lot and he didn't want to help me.

2 weeks ago my gf and I went here to check out a car we saw online. When we arrived, someone was test driving the car so we just looked around the lot. It didn't take long before a gentleman came out to greet us who just happened to be the owner himself. He was very pleasant and wanted to help us find a vehicle that fits our budget. He wasn't pushy at all but informative by letting us know what was available on this lot and his other location we might be interested in. I appreciate that because car shopping can be a drag and I like getting to the point. Luckily, the test drivers didn't want to buy the car we were interested in so we test drove it. We liked it and we bought it. What sets Willy Herold Automotive apart from other used car lots is that he puts a dealers warranty on ALL vehicles that don't have a manufactures warranty. The warranty wasn't much but it let me know that he is confident he isn't selling junk cars to people because he is willing to pay if something were to happen to it. The car is running great and we are very pleased with our purchase!

Willy Herold is not only the best place to buy a vehicle, their service department is one of only 2 shops within 300 miles that I will take my vehicles to. They are honest and their prices are fair.
