    I paid off my account with this company. I ask for a letter to remove from credit report and they wouldn't provide it. The lady act as if she worked for the credit bureaus and knew what she was talking about. The credit bureau specifically told me to ask for this letter. I would recommend going to 1st Franklin. They are providing me the letter with no hesitation. Don't just think about getting the loan think about your credit and your future.

    Over week long with very decent credit over 700.After giving all info was told that I need two years of tax records due to me being a 1099 contractor worker. I drive 18 wheelers and gave you guys pay stubs.. never could get an answer response nor call.Wild experience with good credit.. Oh well

    Bought a metal building, thought financing it would be a good idea so I could just pay it off in 3 or 4 months as opposed to coming out of pocket with the entire amount. If I would have known Mariner Finance doesn't send a monthly statement or bill so a person can keep up with what they owe, I would not have financed my purchase. I mean, who doesn't send a bill or statement to their clients so they know where they are in the debt? Never again will I use Mariner Finance.

    The Young Lady was very business like. She only asked questions I felt She needed and I also feel She was very familiar with Her equipment for She moved around getting information and placing information where needed. No Time Wasted, GOD BLESS!!!

    The worst customer service ever.They don’t let you get out a word before cutting off your sentence.If people don’t want to come to work then stay home.No one forced you to come to work and they all had bad attitudes.

    Didn't like the fact I made a mistake and paid an extra payment on my account. They decided themselves to keep it and apply to my loan. I needed that extra payment back like they said they would issue back after I brought my bank statement. That was wrong in all ways.

    They made it very hard for me to get $1500 loan. Even tho I had all the requirements. Kimmy was un-attentive to me and unhelpful to my situation. At one point she became defensive and disrespectful while I was voicing my situation. At the end of a already frustrating experience, Kimmy says to me “You’re denied. Sorry but we gotta look out for ourselves”. Just wow. Horrible company.

    I absolutely love ALL the ladies at the Macon rd, Columbus Ga location. Truly went above and beyond and all pitched in helping my husband and I. Even stayed after hours till completed.
