The salespeople were very friendly to deal with, however, that's where it ends. I made an appointment to look at a used car and drove 220 miles from out of state to see it. When I arrived at the appointment time, they scrambled to FIND the car! Thirty minutes later they figured out that a salesperson from across the street took it out to show another customer. Another hour later I was told the car was unavailable because it was sold. They didn't even try to help us find another car similar to what we were looking for--instead told us to have a nice day and sent us on our way! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

My daughter recently backed into my son's car in the driveway. We had both cars fixed at the body shop. They were 2013 and 2012. They both look as good as new. I was very satisfied with the work and highly recommend the body shop. Thank you Justin.

I worked with Sam, I purchased the Infiniti G37 . The car is 5 years old but it's pratically brand new . They have good cars on the lot with good pricing can't really negotiate the price because it's reasonable . Went in and walked out 3 hours later with a car . And I unbeatable price for a exstended warrenty that Sam was able to get me

My daughter purchased a car from this company on 3-4-19, traded her car and paid a fee to transfer the tags. Well, here we are over 2 months later and this company still has not processed the paperwork to get her the registration. Now, DMV stated and provided us documentation that they did not even make the first attempt to process the paperwork until almost the 45 day mark. Also were advised the reasoning for this may possibly be that they had to wait on the title for the vehicle she purchased as they did not have it to sell the vehicle in the first place. DMV stated that waiting on title transfers/duplicate titles takes approx 45 days. Now this dealer is trying to say that all of this is our fault due to the fact that we ended the insurance on the vehicle that our daughter traded in and started insurance on the vehicle that she purchased on the same evening. DMV has provided documentation to us that we followed procedures and that the reasoning is that the dealer waited too long to process the paperwork. I am highly agitated because the title clerk refuses to help us and hangs up on us, the GM will and/or has not called us back-EVER..... So, WTH are we suppose to do to get the registration for our daughters vehicle?????? I should not have to pay because that is the purpose in paying the dealer for this thing called "Transfer the tags fee", right? If I have to pay, then the dealer should refund us the "Transfer fee". This is what we call stuck in the middle of a HOT "___" MESS. Things are looking a little sketchy from where we are sitting. Moral of this is.... NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Bought two used cars for my teenage boys! Large selection of affordable used cars with reasonable mileage. Was able to get the deal done and out the door without the normal pain associated with my previous car buying experiences.

Salesman tried to pull a bait and switch. Had a Charger advertised for about 7 grand. Went to the dealership and he couldn’t find the exact one for several minutes. There were between 15 to 20 on the lot in one place. Finally found it and the key conveniently didn’t work. Was told to look at any of them they were all close to the same thing. Highway Patrol auction cars. Started a few. Found one we liked. Test drove it. Was quoted almost 13 thousand. Sent him back to his manger who stated he wouldn’t budge. Walked out. Very disappointed in the service and deceptive practices that were obviously approved by management.

We bought a used minivan "AS-IS" and after using it the second time we realized there were ants under the rugs. I tried unsuccessfully, to remove them but had no luck. I called Sam and even though it was an as-is sale he told me to bring it in. He had me hring it in. At no charge, he had his guys clean and exterminate the inside. They did a great job and the ants are gone. He stood behind his vehicle which you dont find often. Sam and Hannah were great during the sales process as well. I highly recommend them.

There was an incident while I was there to see my car after my insurance adjuster told me too. I wanted to make sure they understood how important my 2018 Challenger is to me.... while there one of their shop guys ran into my van I drove up there in, Alex and Christina from the office went out of their way to make things right .

I would NOT recommend this place for any auto repair. The customer service is HORRIBLE! They are never available. I called two different times to follow up and clarify questions about my estimate on two different days at different times-- 1 pm, 3 pm, and 4 pm and they were out to lunch. My husband took a part to them for them to take a look at and they said they'd call us back. No call back was attempted. I called again to follow up and I was put on hold today for 7 minutes. Had to call back to ask if anyone was going to pick up. When they did the person on the line was so insulting. Basically said after going back and forth trying to figure out a cost for something that I should go to my dealership for my particular issue. He even explained to me what a body shop is and said if all I was getting replaced was a side view mirror I could go to any dealership and get that done in their service department. Well newsflash I already knew that. I was trying to give you my business because someone referred me to you. But I am sorry I didn't know that a body shop couldn't replace a side view mirror!! And I didn't know that my repair was too minor for you to bother with!! I mean if you don't like your job that is one thing but being inconsiderate and insulting and downright not nice is not how any business should operate.

Marquise D. greeted me with a beautiful smile and a hand shake from the very beginning. He set me up a 6pm appt and when I returned he provided excellent service and answered all my questions. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruz and Marquise was there from the beginning to the end. Thank you, Marquise and I must say the hug at the end sealed the deal for me. You displayed true professionalism.
