This location struggles with customer service! Not only are they not friendly, but they had 1 teller working on a Friday! I was here 2 weeks ago and it was the same thing. Also I was told today that they couldn’t service me because I am a SunTrust customer. But they did 2 weeks ago. Just poor all around. Also as I stood in line waiting for the 1 teller to finish with a car customer, 2 other people were inside an office laughing and joking. This makes me want to change banks period. If this is what Truist is going to be, I may take my business elsewhere.

I called the branch today because mobile banking, online banking, and 800-number wait times were offline or overloaded. I spoke with a really nice associate who explained the situation to me and was more than helpful in offering to get me any account information I needed. It was nice that even though it's not their job to deal with online support, he was happy to help and didn't make me feel like a bother. I have been a BB&T customer for ten years now and have always appreciated their friendly service. Overall, this branch is in a nice location. I feel safe visiting the ATM after business hours/at night. I have also always had very nice interactions with the staff when I need to do an in-person transaction.

There is an OVERTLY HATEFUL Really rough looking 50ish year old trashy female teller with glasses in the drive through. Didn’t greet me, thank me, or acknowledge me. I thought she was having a bad day. Until the guy pulled up beside me whom she greeted enthusiastically and thanked him. I stared at her for a solid minute waiting for a thank you , goodbye. She refused to look up and pretended to count money. Contain your hate Trash lady.

Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. You can’t setup a bank account online if it’s your first time, which isn’t noted on the website, and if you call there’s nothing they can do. They have very specific times and days you can do things and there isn’t any updated information on google, so if you don’t have a car you’re forced to waist your time and money for absolutely nothing. So thanks🙃

Would give negative stars if I could. This bank as a whole and especially this branch have continually refused to assist my husband in properly closing his account and remitting the balance of his account. They now state they are unable to provide him that balance because it was deposited as a cashier’s check that hasn’t “cleared”. It’s a cashier’s check, not a personal check. It’s the week before Christmas and this bank is tying up our savings. He has been dealing with this for months - each time he is told that the money will be available on xx date, but when he returns he’s told it’s still not available. He’s spent hours at this branch, over multiple days, for the last three weeks. The branch managers are of no help and reply, “we don’t know what to tell you”. They will not provide a reasonable solution, nor return the check, stating “it’s no longer at our branch”. Their corporate complaint handling is even worse. No one in this branch or bank as a whole cares about their customers. Their BBB rating somehow shows a decent rating, but every other site shows 1 Star out of 5 with similar poor reviews by customers. We are now seeking legal advice to obtain the balance in the account that we can’t access, but for one they seem to continue to accept deposits.

It is the worst bank I have ever been to. I wanted to know if the check given to me for my security deposit would not bounce. First the teller says she will charge me a $1. Then she told me she didn’t have authority to cash $1300! Are you serious!? Then she went I quest to speak to someone. She came back and I asked her is everything ok, is there money in the account? Then she called the company who issued the check to see if they wrote them .🙄As she was getting ready to cash the check I asked for it back because I bank with PNC a much better bank and SECU. This was by far the worst and I’m writing their corporate office. At age 64 I thought I was a criminal...lol. They don’t deserve one star!!!

This branch has made the same mistake time and time again. I went in and closed my account- and due to improper paperwork processing (or something similar) on their behalf, my seemingly closed account racked up hundreds of dollars in zero balance fees. Here I am THREE months later still trying to sort this out. Keep all receipts of transactions with this branch.

The absolute worst service of any bank I’ve ever dealt with. Unable to answer simple questions in less than half an hour, usually longer. Refused another customer’s deposit because she moved and updated her ID, refused another customer’s deposit because they couldn’t tell the difference between a check to a trust account and one coming from a trust account. Phone service is a miserable waste of life. BB&T appears to be the bank of choice for bankers who have failed at every other pursuit in life.

I asked the teller to count my 1 dollar bills because they have a money machine. He replied with I can't do that and I would have to do it. I said your gonna have to count them anyway it would help me out. This branch is not friendly and not willing to extend their customer service.

First Friday of the month and there is only two tellers. That is very poor management and planning. Don't worry there were 4 "manager" type people sitting in the office playing on the computers. Tellers were awesome but the management needs to wake up!
