With millions of ppl out of work due to a Global Pandemic this company doesn't have a plan of action in place to assist it's customers who are in need . They are Disloyal and very unprofessional. DO NOT do business with them at all.

Just terrible. Repossessed my vehicle and won’t even help me with the issue. Want me to come up with an extra $1300 just to get it back in the most unorganized way possible. Never again.

These peolpe are nothing but pirates!Taking people's hard earned money and there customer service sucks! Find people that know how to speak clear English! I'm re-financing thru another bank soon and would highly recommend it.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, my payments are due on the 8th of each month and this desperate company is already calling me on the 7th not once but 4 times....Never again

This is a horrible finance company thank God that my loan is paid off... The customer service reps are rude and the manager are uneducated about auto finance, interest and etc... Also it's takes them forever to report to the credit bureau that your loan has been paid off... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

They keep calling me to collect a debt from someone else who does not live with me and I don't know well. I asked them not to call me but they keep calling me. I don't owe them money and they hung up on me after I asked them not to call me anymore. Not a good company.

Fraud Company.. Did an underhandedly buyback on my faulty car that I bought from Wise Autobrokers. Did not notify me .. Tool my first payment and has the worst customer service ever ...

Worst place to get financing after I got approved for the car and took it home they call back few day’s later to tell me to return the vehicle back to the dealer horrendous customer service

WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT COMPANY EVER , THEY WORK WITH A DEALER I BOUGHT MY CAR THROUGH , THE DEALER DID FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT I TOLD THIS CAR COMPANY THE TRUTH THERE RESPONSE WAS WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT MEANWHILE THIS IS THE FINANCING COMPANY, I CALLED THEM DUE TO A LOAN ON MY ACCOUNT THROUGH THEM THEY TRANSFER ME TO SOMEBODY & THEN HANGS UP, THIS IS ALL A SCAM , EVERYONE IN THERE IS A SCAMMER DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
