They were very kind and helped me change a flat tire after work when they didn’t have to. Nice people! As far as the business goes, they took two items of Tiffany jewelry and offered me a somewhat decent price, but as soon as they heard the name brand offered me more. Hard to tell if it truly goes by the weight of the item or if the desperation of the customer weighs in as well. Thank you for doing business with me!

Very rude and funny acting people. DON’T GO HERE. There’s a fat man that work there and he seems racist or maybe he’s just plain nasty don’t go here.

My top pick out of all of the pawn shops in rochester. Could be a little bit more friendly but outside of that I am very satisfied customer who has been visiting them for years now.,

I stopped by West Ridge Traders to look at their used bikes. They have a good selection of all kinds. The owners were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even let me take a bike outside for a test ride. That was great! Prices were reasonable too. I will return again based on the positive experience I had.

$700 worth of tools got a offer of $90.... then I was told that I wasn't allowed to pawn without my father's permission... I'm 34 years old...Hollywood treasures or u trade from now on

The best place to go to pawn and sell by far! Very knowledgeable and very fair. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. They don't try to "get one over* on you or make you feel like your items are junk. If you're down on your luck and need quick cash go there!!!!!!!!

I was just in the store. I haven't been to a pawn shop in years past so I wasn't quite sure how my experience would be or whether or not I would trust the salesperson. Well, as it turns out...it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Tony!! The only thing that wasn't pleasant was the fact that my diamond earnings were not real. 😔😔😔😔. I recommend West Ridge Traders for anyone looking for an honest shop!

I do see some negative reviews, but I have never had a problem in the 2 years I have been . And from experience they charge AT THE MINIMUM 1/3 the price of other pawn shops on a pawn. And they hold your items for 4 months not 30 days. Great shop, Give them a shot most people dont go anywhere else

I came here to sell a bunch of random jewelry I had laying around and they just gave me the worst vibe when I got there. The person that I sold them to was just rude and gave me a huge attitude, which at this point I don't understand. Customer service should be your top priority if you're in business in 2017. If you're selling jewelry and other random antique stuff I definitely recommend the Jewelry and Coin Exchange right down the street. They are way more friendly and helpful.

Sold some things there and they offered me more money than any other pawN shop that I tried to sell to; didn’t try to lowball me. $50 more than another place which is a big difference. They were super quick and friendly. Will be returning.
