I wish I could give 0 star. My experience here was a disaster to my credit score. I went there for a test drive and getting a pre approval. After the test drive when I reached home I saw they have obtained 7 credit reports on my credit history. So long story short, I am still struggling with those useless credit inquiries, but fortunately I didn't buy my car from them.
Masoud, you gave us permission to pull your credit so that we could get you approved for vehicle financing. We don't do "pre-approvals". We have your signature on file on our Credit Application. It is my understanding from the finance manager that some of the information you gave us was not accurate, so we were unable to secure financing for you. Where do I start? After having multiple issues with my vehicle and pepboys not dealing with the issue very well I took my car to the dealership hoping they would be able to resolve my issue of mt car shutting down. One trip I got one answer, a couple of months later I got a different answer, these last two trips two other components failed. So I paid for it and complained to the repairmain for the supposodly failed components in my car that their diagnostic didnt pick up. Apparently the dealership uses the same diagnostic equipment because they didnt pick up the issues until this last go around. When I had my car towed the first time it had run out of gas and I did not know it because the system told me I still had gas. They said its the o ring, now again the car runs out of gas and they now tell me that its the gauge that is malfunctioning. Before that it was the crank shaft positioner. So ive spent a lot of money to fix something associated with the fuel system that they supposedly diagnosed when I had the car towed back in February. When I questioned this the service agent got smart with me and his whole tone changed. Fine spoke to service manger, who then discounted the last repair. Im sorry but when the system was throwing off multiple codes the first time it should have been addressed then not six months later. I do not trust them nor will I be returning for sales or service since the fuel system are diagnosed differently or that the crank shaft was bad or the fuel sending unit was bad. Fine. If you go be warned, get different quotes and they are not, looking out for your bottom line. *****Update***** 03/10/2015 My car still continues to break down, only to find that the issue goes back to what started me going to them for help which was the car keeps running out of gas. The last time I went to get an issue fixed your staff told me crank shaft positioner, the o ring and a couple of other things. That has not resolved my issue. I still stick with my original rating.

First, she did indicate that she has already spoken with you about the problems you've had with your car. It is important to note, that your car is 10 years old and has 202,000 miles. Unfortunately as vehicles age, parts are going to start failing without notice or provocation. My car has some age on it too, so I completely understand and empathize with you regarding your frustration with the repairs that you've had to make and what it has cost you to make these repairs. Regrettably there isn't much we can do to keep parts from failing, but our service team is making every effort to properly diagnose the problems as they occur, affect the needed repairs in a prompt and professional manner, and get you back on the road with as little distruption to your schedule as possible. One of the worst dealership ever, I went there to buy a new car, first non of the sales person were interested to talk, then one guy came he told me I can’t show you the car, as I don't have the keys ( seriously !) and then he told since I am a recent collage graduate I would have to pay 10% interest if I finance, this was the worst experience ever, I would never go there to buy the Hyundai car, if you want to buy Hyundai car there are many other dealership in Richmond, please go there. Worst customer service

Perhaps I just come at the wrong times...I don't feel this service department understands good customer service. It is impossible to get someone on the phone. They do not return your calls when you leave a message. When you arrive they aren't friendly. It must be an awful work environment because these service professionals do not look happy. Ever. Sorry, but that has been my experience as recent as today when I brought my car in.

We recently added a phone center for the service department, so that we can more quickly schedule appointments and to free up the service advisors to return calls from their customers.
