I can not say enough about the counselor who helped me by the name of Kimberly Kieth! She was so patient and professional and I would recommend Weokie Federal Credit Union to anyone who would listen! Thank you so much Kimberly!!

On June 21,2021, I opened an account with WEOKIE not knowing much about this particular credit Union and Kimberly Keith (one of the counselors) was extremely welcoming and helpful! She was not just professional in her manner, but also very personable which is some thing that I appreciate.

Will NOT ever get an acct here. Went in to cash a check from a family member w the same last name, and on top of Driver License & thumbprint & $5 fee, they want your phone number (wellll....ok i GUESS) Then they want my Soc Sec # -! So i say that's not something u all need just to cash a check ESPECIALLY if I dont have an account there. Well some redheaded mgr type guy who was nearby jumps down my throat and starts chewing me out! i'm like: what, i cant voice my opinion? and he keeps on like having a complaint is against the law or something and threatens to not cash my check and BAN ME FROM GOING THERE AGAIN. Mind u, i never cussed or insulted or anything. -I guess thats how they treat people. Have family who have accounts so i was considering opening one, but def not now! Go anywhere else and they appreciate your business. also plz note only the good reviews get any response. typical.

"Credit unions are not-for-profit cooperative financial institutions owned by their members. They offer the same services as banks, but the profit is returned to members in the form of interest and other benefits." Weokie Federal Credit Union is possibly the most frustrating Membership that I have every been part of. Their lack of professional management and real world policies to effective assist their "Members" has ultimately let me reactivate an account with a financial institution that has proven to be more focused on providing superior customer service to me for the past 15 years even though I no longer live in a state that has a physical branch.

These people are rude, and have an attitude like they think they are better than you. When i go to Midfirst or First Fidelity, even though i dont have accounts with them, they treat me with respect and friendliness that helps me consider opening an acct... Weokie USED to be this way, but now, at least at the i-35 svc rd branch, i refuse to have anything to do with them to the point of not accepting payment from clients with Weokie checks. On top of fees they want your phone # AND Social Security number! I'm not giving them that! RIDICULOUS -I just made one up. which is exactly what someone committing fraud would do; so whats the point?

Kimberly was very professional and friendly throughout my entire experience. I was there from 9am to 12:30pm. Super helpful in every way.

This bank is great! I've been with weokie for 10+ years now and no complaints. I'm in the drive thru a few times a week and "Chris" (Christine) is fast, friendly and helpful everytime. Would recommend this bank to anyone!
