True Sky Credit Union Sw 4th St, Moore

Went in to this branch because I spoke with a representative over the phone about my quick loan. I didn’t realize I had been paying late fees so they suggested I go in and talk to a branch manager. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Cesar who was not very helpful or willing to hear my situation. He came off very rude and unreasonable. His words were “ would find it hard to believe you didn’t know how to make a payment when you could’ve come into a branch.” When I mentioned I talked to several people over the phone he basically disregarded that. even after I told him how I made payments and so on and how I was unaware he stayed the same. Made me feel like I was a liar and that I shouldn’t have anymore accounts here. I highly considered going back and closing my accounts. I actually called and got the information on how to close my accounts. I decided to call and see if I received the same response. The gentleman over the phone was able to help me and guide me through the process. So glad that someone listened and understood what I was trying to say.

Drew Brown was outstanding on getting my car refinanced at a 1.99% rate and the entire staff was super polite considering my social awkwardness! Hands down would refer anyone to this team!

True Sky has been a great help. When we decided to look for a new car, we wanted to get preapproved with a good interest rate first. We did some research and realized that True Sky would be hard to beat. We called Kelsey at True Sky and she was able to get us an interest rate that we didn't expect. She was cordial, quick, friendly, and patient. I am glad we chose to go with True Sky.

Ellen is very helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime we go into the branch it is so clean. Wish she was still there.

Worst bank ever, literally put me on hold for an hour and thirty minutes and all I was trying to do was check my balance. I will most definitely be changing credit unions.

Kelsey Montgomery has been the best for us she always has a smile and always helps us good person we always look for her makes our day.

The staff member worked very hard to guide me through the loan process. She took time to answer all of my questions and to advise me beyond what I knew to ask.

They have so many financial services. Completive rates on saving and great rate on loans. Our account Manager Trisha Smith is awesome. She was friendly and answered questions before we even asked them.... No fees on your debt card if you use 7-11 gas Station ATMs. Very convenient for us.
