Amazing!!! At times you hear the horror stories of all the hoops and red tape people go through. Our experience was the complete opposite! Despite of a few obstacles Wendy took the weight off of our shoulders and made this the most seamless process we have ever had to deal with. Communication was on target and we were never left in limbo wondering where we were in our process.
