    Temporarily closed. Maybe due to the some electrical company working on something near by, but now I have to go out of my way to make my payment at another branch that's not close to me.

    I switched from Chase to WF…… the customer service sucks. The tellers in lobby act like they don’t want to help you. They approach you asking to explain why your there. No privacy whatsoever, some conversations concerning your bank account is private, then they rush you while your trying to explain. They’re favorite line is “everything is online “ 🙄….

    I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say if they haven’t fix the SAME problem in the last 6 years (Horrible customer service) then I don’t think they’re interested in fixing it!!!! Stay Away from this branch.

    Would give 0 stars if I could. This branch has the worst service I’ve had by far of any bank. I waited an hour to open an account just to be told that they were closing and that I had to make an appointment for another day. I had signed in on their waitlist through my phone (like their sign instructed) when I came in and no one acknowledged or checked on me in that hour that I waited patiently for service. The employees were completely insincere with their apologies and more focused on kicking me out than making things right. I highly recommend that management re-train their staff on basic customer service skills and update their signs if appointments are required so that another poor soul does not waste their time like I did. This is the first and last time I will ever visit this location.

    Service. Sucks really bad. Worst ever Too many errors on.my account. Drive thru Daily hours. They need to.close down for good. Go to 100 % better service chase. Bank Better service Better open hours / weekly & Drive thru. Are great and fast Go to chase bank. . Dont look back.

    I use this bank to make deposits for my job! They have one lane for commercial and 4 for everyone else.. commercial lane is usually 2 to 4 cars deep.. at the moment, 3 cars in commercial, zero in the others! I am always late to open my job cause I have to wait here sometimes more then 30 minutes... can you please open another commercial lane?????? This is ridiculous!!

    While I'm not a Wells Fargo customer, I needed some help from them in locating a check I'd cashed several months prior. Not only did they help me out immensely (especially given my lack of information on how to locate the check), but they were able to help me promptly and gave me excellent, professional service. While I can't speak to Wells Fargo's banking services, I can definitely say that the customer service I received was excellent and extremely helpful!

    Be prepared to wait in extremely long lines for drive thru banking, they will also make sure to take care of commercial customers first.

    The worst Wells Fargo I've ever gone to! They have horrible customer service in the drive through... I go to this drive through every week for commercial, I can always expect the same rude service each time.
