    Jaime Diamond leaves his customers unprotected and deceived. Then takes your money without admitting any accountability. The manager at this bank is horrible. You cash a check and the receipt says money is on hold and wont be available for 5 to 7 business days. After time has passed the bank clears the check giving you the false perception the money is there. You spend the money and almost 2 months later the bank takes the money back notifying you the check was fictitious???? This is Fraud by the Bank!!!! Then you try to reach out for someone to take accountability for releasing the money and you get dirty attitudes from the bank managers and no reply from the CEO himself. And to add insult to injury if you call to get a new debit card after recently filling out an address change, your informed you have to wait 90 days for your own protection. Where was my protection when you cleared the check??? If I could rate Chase a 0 I would

    Worst experience in cashing a check. I been going to this location to cash my checks without an issue but today I felt so discriminated. I understand I don’t have an account with Chase but the teller didn’t believe my ID was real and she had to get it verified. Then she also didn’t believe my social security card was real and was doubting and did not want to take it as a second form of ID. After she verified all this things, she ended up not wanting to cash my check because of a supposed new policy that prevents non-account holders to cash out more than $3000 checks. Went to Chase in the New Candy location and was in and out in 5 minutes where that supposed policy does not exist.

    If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I set up an appointment for me and my boyfriend to open a joint account and once we got there, told us that the person we had an appointment with had called in so we would have to reschedule our appointment for another day. I asked why weren’t we notified before arriving and they told us it was because he had just let them know this morning. Someone should have been calling or emailing all of his clients telling them to reschedule. It was a waste of my time and gas. This place needs better management.

    While the bankers have great personalities and performance, having only one functional ATM (out of three) on most days is horrible customer service. I assumed new machines meant higher quality and less breakdowns, and it does not.

    I scheduled two separate appointments with Christy Garcia to setup a business account. When I arrive to both appointments on two separate dates, I was told she was not at the office. They tried to reschedule me, but the appointment would be two weeks out. This person is super unprofessional for not contacting me before and after to tell me she was out and tried to apologize. I reserved two hours each time to open this account and drove there for nothing. Very disappointed.

    This branch is the absolute worst! I don't usually post reviews but I have been to this bank 3 times in the past month and all 3 times they are ALWAYS late opening up (9:10 and later) All 3 times they blame that the ATM is being set up. If your hours say 9 o'clock, then start scheduling your employees earlier to get things done. This is no way to run a VERY big cooperation. I DO NOT recommend this branch in any way shape or form. I will drive an extra 10 mins to the Kingwood branch from now on, THEY ACTUALLY OPEN WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TOO!

    Worst bank I ever been! No customer service skills what so ever! Employees are rude and are not willing to help you at all! Not even because it's a regular customer! Manager Gracie and bank teller Karina are very RUDE! I won't be coming back here!

    I like banking here. I have several accounts. There is always a wait, and that can be annoying if you're in a hurry, but they are always nice to me, ESPECIALLY TERRY (shout out). You just need to be patient when you go in. And if you call ahead and make an appointment, you can reduce your wait time. So yes, Chase corporate could improve this location by increasing the staffing, but, considering the staff levels they have been given, they are doing a pretty good job of it.

    Walked in on my lunch break to open a new direct deposit checking account. There was no sign in sheet and only a line to see the teller so I walked over to the bankers to see if I could open one up. A man I’m assuming who’s the manager walked up and told me to have a seat in their waiting area and that he will let me know if someone can see me soon. I waited for 15 mins my lunch is 30 mins and I see him go back to talk to another banker. Frustrated I walked back and asked him about how long the wait was since I’m in a time crunch and he told me 30 minutes or to make an appointment at 3:00. No communication no customer service. I wasted 20 mins sitting there for him to tell me I have to make an appointment for 3:00. I look around and there were plenty of bankers looking like they had nothing to do. How long does it take to setup a checking account with direct deposit!? I am taking my business elsewhere.

    The wait is always extremely long. They cut the drive thru line off at exactly 5pm even if you were in line at 4:45 waiting. The teller sat at the window looking at cars and never notified the customer at the window that she was done taking transactions. Very unprofessional and this location is by far the worse I’ve been to. Will be calling their branch manager tomorrow.
