Out of all the Wells Fargo places in this whole state this is the only one I would consider semi-truck accessible with easy turns easy maneuverability I love it yay for this Bank

Never able to pick up their phone. I’ve had multiple issues banking with this particular branch. The bankers are never available, every time you call you’re greeted with “there are no available branch members to answer you’re call” and when going in they have you make an appointment for an hour later.

Very poor customer service. Probably worst service I’ve experienced by any company or business. Will be moving banks, wouldn’t recommend anyone banking there as well

I have been with Wells Fargo Bank in Kearney ...for 5 yrs never had a problem .until Dec 24th 2015 we deposited check in our acct ....they didn't put the money in our acct until January 5th 2016 ..well every check we have written bounced and have been for the last months ..We deposited a Check for 2900. $ in our acct day before yesterday .as of today the funds where still not available .so beware people of Central Nebraska .if you have a checking acct with the kearney nebr bank close your acct. ASAP don't into the mess we ate in

If you own a major corporation with millions of dollars this is your bank. If your an average working class person find another bank.

Not someone that leaves reviews all that much, but this rating is deserved. Staff lacks knowledge to their own products. Had to call customer service to get everything sorted out.
