The manager Pedro and one of his employees were very unsensitive. Unfortunately I had to close the account due to a death in the family and they couldn't care. I don't have a normal schedule and can't come to the branch I person and today I had to close the account so I didn't have to pay the maintenance fee for nothing. The cashier lady told me nothing can be done since no one was available. When one of the bankers was just on her phone. She told me that if it was that important to visit other locations. And Pedro (in the background trying to ignore the situation) told the teller to just send me away. Please everyone, save your time and do not visit this location. Drive the extra 10 mins and go to the one on Belleview and federal, Jennifer and Domingo (the manager) are amazing and will take care of you!

I've had an account here since before it was Wells Fargo since 1982. It has gotten so bad there's no help in the bank you make an appointment they tell you don't have one I'm really thinking of changing all my accounts to a different bank this branch is horrible anymore. And what's with this making an appointment to open accounts and stuff no more just walk in that is totally ridiculous they don't do business the right way anymore.

The people that work here continue to uphold unpolite and unprofessional behavior. They continuously tell me they can't find my account, when every other location can. They are very slow when helping customers.

Followed the advice of one of their financial advisors - cost me 10's of thousands of dollars. Didn't matter to them in the slightest; basically had to cut off a limb to get away from this bank. GET OUT OF COLORADO - YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE!!

I want to shout out to Kiana and Ross, they are always extremely friendly in the drive up window. I've never had bad service from them. The line for the window itself can be slow, but it helps knowing there are friendly employees working. Thanks guys!

worst drive thru service ever! I am pretty sure the drive thru tellers cant tie their own shoes!! NEVER again! now I know why they do mobile deposits! who has time to sit behind one car for hours?? HORRIBLE BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, Worst bank ever! When approaching and already in the entry lobby, employee locked doors early and ran away pretending not to notice me! A truly awful jaw dropping moment! This is for a business account. I'm young, don't wear a suit, and don't look like a business owner. And so apparently I don't deserve the time of someone who does. This is concerning behavior, not the actions of a company who cares about their clients My business suffers traumaticly from being associated with this bank and their lack of support. They NEVER do ANYTHING to help me improve or grow my business. DO NOT JOIN WELLS FARGO IF YOU OWN A BUSINESS!

Came when I was done with work hoping to get a wire transfer done. Weren't able to help me since all the bankers had left. Useless bank, useless people. If you're open till 5 you'd think that up until 5 they'd be able to assist with anything bank related but guess not. I will be looking to bank with someone else from here on since they're useless.

The only person why this bank is still in business at this location is Lucy Castillo, All friends an family follow her from the Sheridan and Jewell location. The rest of employees I don’t care , they are just rude and unprofessional. I found out that Lucy is no longer with Wells Fargo, I am sure new management gave her hard time to make her quit , nothing new , Wells Fargo has a discrimination environment specially for women and minorities. I hope Colorado Supervisor start and Investigation why Lucy Castillo is no longer there.80% of Latino customers go there cause Lucy.

I am overseas at the moment. This is the most difficult bank to try and work with. The answer i get everyone is that I need to come into the branch which is difficult living at the moment in vietnam.I tried to put afraud alert on my account, they transferred me ti fraud, yet I was still drained if $450.00. NowIt goes in and on. I am unable to access any accounts. 23 phone calls in 3 months at great expense . AVOID THIS COMPANY
