We had a great experience working with Clinton and the rest of the team. He worked with our realtor to submit our contract & loan approval docs on a Sunday night, on short notice, with barely minutes to spare -- and we got the house! Our realtor recommended Clinton because he consistently goes above and beyond for clients, even on a Sunday night at 8pm! He worked with us to consider our options on locking the interest rate and was clearly paying close attention to how global political developments might affect rates. He was good about calling proactively or calling back when we had questions. His team was responsive and helpful. There was one glitch that was kind of a mistake on their part and they worked magic to make it right for us. This was a smooth and positive experience for us.

One of the many things I really liked about my lender was that Clinton Sistrunk and his team made everything so easy and simple. They were ALWAYS available for my questions, and gave me honest, professional feedback. There were no surprises at closing either because Clinton had prepared me well. I recommend him without a moment's hesitation! In fact, Clinton was referred to me by a good friend at my office who had worked with him on her new construction loan. Clinton and his team were truly awesome for both of us! He even came to my closing in person!

I recently purchased a home in Edgewater, Colorado. Chad, Clinton, and the rest of the team made the buying experience as easy and smooth as humanly possible! Their website, with it's portal for uploading all the necessary documents, made the paperwork side very easy. There were regular updates with a checklist of what was left to do. They also provided amazing communication during the whole loan process. It felt truly personal, and I could feel that the whole team is passionate about what they do. During what could be a very stressful time, it was incredibly helpful and calming to know this great team was keeping track of every detail. Highly recommended!

Their team is great.. . You can always get in contact with someone if you have a question and they will explain everything straight forward and easy to understand... they will do whatever is in your best interest and they are part of the Home for Heros program so any first responder I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is buying or refinancing a place..

I began a refinance with AmericanFinancing 12/22/20.... they did say it would take alittle time as there was a backlog of people..... they kept delaying, delaying after every question, always saying "soon"! So a friend of mine recommended Chad. I contacted him on April 29, 2021 and was so impressed. He said he could get me done, without any hold ups, in 15 days or so. I stopped all refi with AmericanFinancing. Keep in mind DECEMBER toAPRIL, 4 months waiting.... May 18, I am closing!!!!! Yes, 20 days, and I cannot be happier...... The one thing I really liked about my last refi mortgage closing was my home value was submitted prior to an appraisal order & it was accepted. To me that is my loan officer thinking outside the box. It saved us a step and money during a time when getting approvals was difficult due to COVID-19. My loan officer, Clinton, also noted I had requested a refi and called me weeks later when the market was favorable. Clinton took time to invest in my best interest time frame. It made a huge financial impact that relived a lot of stress for our family when things could have been very difficult.
