I have a account at wells Fargo bank and normally do a lot online. But I had to find quarter to wash clothes and for the kids to play the arcade game. While I wash. I go up to the woodcraft branch to try and get quarter. Before I could explain what I was doing the teller said there was a shortage and they didn't have any. And wouldn't be able to help me. Not to mention that his manners and lack of respect for the customer. Was horrible and disrespectful. I won't be going to this branch

The manager of this branch is rude to the point that it's simply unprofessional. If I looked at her in my restaurant the way she glared at me in her bank, I'd be fired, and rightly so.

I usually do banking online and only visit the bank if it’s absolutely necessary. In this case, I needed to have a document notarized at the bank, so I visited the Wells Fargo Bank in Woodcroft Shopping Center. Wells Fargo is the bank that I’ve had my account with for over twenty years, I arrived at the bank with a mask on and knocked on the door, and a Caucasian male bank employee came to the door, and I politely told him that I was a Wells Fargo customer and needed a document notarized. He rudely told me that I needed to make an appointment. I apologized and told him that I didn’t know and asked if I could make an appointment now, since there were no customers in the bank. He told me that he’d left his clipboard in the bank, but meant to grab it when he saw me standing outside. He still refused allow me to make an appointment with him in person and told me that I would need to call and make an appointment and come back later this afternoon once I’d made my appointment, but there was a Package Depot in the shopping center if I wanted to go there. As I was turning to leave, a young Caucasian couple came up to the door and the same bank employee greeted them warmly, and asked if they had an appointment, in which they said No, and didn’t know that they needed one. There was no rudeness from the bank employee when speaking to them and they were allowed into the bank. I went to the Package Depot, paid for my document to be notarized and was treated much better. I don’t know if my race had anything to do with the treatment that I received, I am an account holder with Wells Fargo and I was humiliated and treated unfairly in front of others. I’d always been told that the Wood Croft branch of Wells Fargo was extremely rude to Black customers. I definitely know now and I will be closing my accounts with Wells Fargo.

Every time I come this bank there is always an issue. I have been on hold while coming up to a drive up clerk. And they would say that everyone is busy and I would count at least 3 employees is the back in the main lobby area laughing having a good time.

This bank is very slow. The employees do not know how to multi tasks or even move with a sense of urgency. They act like they have all day and think their customers do too.

As disappointed as I've been with Wells Fargo's corporate ventures, I've got to say the staff at this particular branch is absolutely amazing. They have gone out of their way to help me through something that should have been much easier (made difficult due to laws of NC and surprise, corporate rules), continuously, and with impressive tact. I would recommend this group of professionals to anyone who asked, hands down. Tamara and Chris, in particular, went above and beyond to offer their assistance to me and my situation- and actually made things happen! It's a rare thing in the world of bankers. I'm quite grateful to be able to turn to the staff at this bank and I do not look forward to the day that I move away. I mean, where the hell else are you going to get not just decent but, outstanding customer service at a Wells Fargo???

I would recommend everyone to bank with a different branch or even go across the street and bank with Bank of America. By the looks of the reviews I see I'm not the only person who may feel this way. I walked out the house without my purse to make a quick stop to the bank. Bank of America was able to access my account with my ssn and assisted me with my withdrawal. Unfortunately, I see you can't expect all banks to provide that same type of great customer service. When I went to this particular branch, not only did I receive a difficult time but I received horrible customer service from their service manager Emelyn Sebastian. I informed her I can access my through the app, however, Wells Fargo isn't sending the access codes to my T-Mobile number. Instead of her stating let me see how we can fix that she states oh I have T-mobile and I received the code. I don't know why you don't receive it. So I open up my account and I showed her how I'm not receiving my code. In that moment I expected her to help or assist me and resolving this issue because it's something that has prevented me from accessing my account without my card. Instead I received a testimony on how she can receive her access code and hearing her say " I don't know what you want me to do". On top of that she could have access my account with my ssn come to find out. I would tell any and everyone who banks with this company do not go to this particular Branch because you will not receive great customer service or any type of assistance especially from a service manager. Banking should be easy and the customer service should be better. I will be speaking with their area manager Caleb Riska in reference to her performance.
