    I was afraid to apply for a loan at my bank because I thought that private lenders or credit unions may be a better choice. However, I met with Juliette at the Northlake Blvd branch and she took me from drowning to floating. I was approved for a loan which I thought was a long shot but it worked. Juliette was kind, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely come to her when I am ready to purchase my first home. I highly recommend Juliette and this branch.

    It's horrible service. I went the second time Wells Fargo in Northlake to get notarization for my translation which I translated by myself. The personal bank does not know how to do that when she looked at the paper. Then the Branch Manager told her just to notary what the translation said only, regardless the language of the original documentation but this lady does not accept to do & she brought the translation to her colleague & asked again then she came back saying that she can't notary for the translation and told me to bring my translation to someone else. I came there the first time, the personal banker was happy & willing to notary.

    Terrible experience with the branch manager today at this location. The manager was extremely rude and acted like she couldn't be bothered with people. I am not surprised the rating at this location is so bad. This definitely proves giving someone a professional position does not make that person a professional.

    Went through drive-thru. Cashed 2 checks and said 100's and 50's. Got home she gave me all 20s. Why ask if you don't listen? And I'm 50 cents short. Don't care about that too much but if she does this to every customer it adds up quickly.

    Have been making deposits before 9am for nearly 20 years. Now Wells Fargo decides not to open until 9am. Sorry that does not work for working people. I will be looking for another bank that opens before 9am! Plus I'm not happy about having to pay a "cash deposit fee" you are a bank and you want to charge a fee to deposit cash!!!!! Absurd!!!

    Great customer service, just wish I could make a deposit before 9 a.m. at least at the atm. I see bankers inside rolling around laughing in chairs and I'm outside with a stack of cash. Please address this issue.

    This place is always slammed. I used to have a banker I could rely on at the location. But he's been promoted and moved to another location. I needed to get something notarized last week and waited for roughly an hour. It shouldn't take an hour waiting in line for a simple notary.

    Waited half an hour in line to deposit one check, in which I ended up having to circle back for because they missed putting thousands of dollars into my account and did not even see the mistake. Not happy with their drive up service at all.
