So I made the smartest decision and closed my account years ago for their fees and taking money from my account to cover family accounts I had no association with. Well Thursday I had to bring a friend and my 4y old needed to use the bathroom, kind of an emergency situation. So ran in, explained the situation to the front desk and she said I’ll ask my manager. The 2 tellers talking about their lunch behind the counter listened to the girl and said no, it’s for employees. I confirmed loudly,”so you going to let my 4y wet their self in this emergency bc you don’t want to. Thanks, now I remember why I closed my account, the bad customer service never changed in 7 years. Worst service ever on all levels

Currently I am sitting in the drive thru window for nearly 8 minutes now waiting to be serviced and only ONE teller is operating the line with nearly 12 cars that are out here waiting to be assisted. Not only that, I went to the Wells Fargo located in Dale City and the same issues! This is poor customer service! These drive thrus were intended for those looking to be in and out, but having three lanes and no bodies to work them leaves clients held up from doing whatever needs to be done throughout the day. The holidays are approaching and something needs to be done. I am still in line as I’m typing, 15 minutes total! I am moving to virtue banking instead. Traditional banks do nothing but make money off us clients by using the fees associated w/accounts to build their funding. Tired of making traditional banks like Wells Fargo rich while I have to constantly wait to be serviced!

Worst customer service! They said they do not have any hundreds multiple times that I visited this location. It seems the tellers are trying to keep their large bills for specific customers! And they’ll talk about you to other tellers right in your face as if you can’t hear them. Ultimately the worst branch with very unkind and unprofessional staff. It wasn’t this way a few years ago. When asking for a manager the response is “she’s currently eating”. I don’t even know what that is suppose to mean...she’s on her meal! Or eating something else in the back! Lol

So I went there on Wednesday to get a cashier check! And lovely rep (Sandra ) help me out! No charge at all- super friendly, so today Friday 2 days later I’m trying to get a cashiers check again. And now this rep- can’t remember her name, is trying to charge me $10?

Not sure how this bank actually has such a low star rating. Omg these ladies, all i have met so far over the last year or so, are nothing but fast, curtious, polite, always smiling, they even talk to you. Sorry can't say enough about how they make you feel here and the speed at which they do it....other banks could use a ton of pointers from you. Great job...id rate higher but 5 is as far as itll go....so here 6.0.... I just raised the star rating to 6 and you people took it first.

I Was Told I Cant Open A Bank Account Because I'm To Risky Of A Customer .. Though I'm Making Good Money Every Week. This Is The Dumbest Thing I Ever Heard & Experienced At A Bank. All The Banks I Been With I Never Went Into The Negative, I Paid My Car Loan Completly Off, Paid All Bank Credit Cards Off!! There Is No Risky Behavior! I Could Respect Them If They Gave Me A Better Excuse! However, I Wont Be Going Back, Ever, So Read The Excuse To Your Mom. LoL

WOW!!! I DO NOT LIKE THIS WELLS FARGO BANK .WENT TO CASH A CHECK AN WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T HELP ME, THEY LEFT ME WAITING FOR A WHILE. I FINALLY ASKED WAS THEIR A ISSUE THE BRANCH MANAGER THEN TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T CASH THE CHECK AND ASK ME TO LEAVE THEY RELUCTANTLY RETURN THE CHECK BACK TO ME WITH MY ID. I THINK THIS WAS RACIAL DISCRIMINATION I'M NOT 100% SURE BUT THEY NEVER GAVE ME A VALID ANSWER ON THE ISSUE.I DID GO TO ANOTHER WELLS FARGO THAT DAY AND THE CHECK WAS CASHED WITH NO PROBLEMS JUST BE VERY CAREFUL VISITING THIS BRANCH SEEMS THEY JUDGE YOU BY THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN OR/AND YOUR APPEARANCE.
