    I made an appointment for my mom because she wanted to open an account with Wells Fargo, and gave them the option that someone who speak Spanish talk to her. A lady call her from this location and my mom asked for someone who speak Spanish just to understand 100% fully what she was going to do her money not the lady money my mom’s money, the money she makes working hard. The lady told her she would tell someone to call her in Spanish. Hours later my mom called just to know what happen, this lady had the AUDACITY to cancel the appointment and gave it to someone else. She don’t even told her at least “sorry we don’t have people who speak Spanish here if you have someone who can translate for you just come,” or “sorry I had to cancel the appointment, and try somewhere else,” or at least be honest “sorry we don’t work with Hispanic people here”. If you can’t work in a public building where you are going to be working, interacting and sharing space with people from different cultures, just stay home or find a job where you can be by yourself, just you.

    Slowest bank I've ever been to. Hire more tellers. After standing in line for 20 minutes, I walked out. Absolutely pathetic.

    THEIVES! Get another banking service. Wells Fargo will STEAL your money with BS fee's. Also, good luck getting in touch with someone that can actually help! Update! A little over a week later I was told to email someone. They told me they were "looking into the matter." I've emailed twice with no reply four days later. Will be switching banks soon! Another update. The issue was never resolved. Cannot stand wells fargo.

    Does anyone actually work at Wells Fargo or is this some diabolical plot to drive everyone crazy through the world’s most convoluted phone system? I had a simple question as to why an account was frozen. I wanted to know why, who authorized it and why I wasn’t notified. You would think that was simple enough.     I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for quite a long time now. The staff of always been helpful, and the approval time on credit cards and loans have been superquick. There are multiple ways to deposit and withdraw your money inside outside at the ATM or in the drive-through which is nice and keeps lines down. The bankers are always helpful and quick.

    Went to this location at 11:47am (closing time 12pm) branch manager placed cones to block teller lanes closing the bank before scheduled closing time.reasons why this was not only unprofessional and very rude, what if I was a business owner coming to deposit thousands of dollars after closing my store and I get robbed because this unprofessional “manager” decided to close when she wanted to!!! I wouldn’t advice this location to ANYONE!!! not a business owner, retired elderly and not even someone just simply trying to cash a check!!!!
