I was trying to close out my father's accounts, due to his passing. Was given the wrong information, on several different occasions. I finally had to get my lawyer involved. I made six trips, before I was issued two checks. I made six trips down there, before the issue was resolved. I would never recytthis bank to anyone! had to had to get my lawyer involved.

Yesenia (B.C.) helped me out today. I had a serious case that happened recently she walk through it step by step and take her time to fix it and showed her empathy and sympathy with professionalism. She didn't leave my case until it all get sorted out even after I left their branch. It takes time, effort, and energy to sit down with client and talk with other associates over the phone but she did it all. It is easy to pass on the problem with different department and just leave it as it is but instead she walked me through it. Thanks for her.

Tues 3/9 went to cash a check from employer with all my correct ID since this was where my employer banked with. Was treated a badly and it took over a hour wait. Had to out my boss on the phone just to ok the check he wrote out to me. Police or guard was on standby, very obvious to me. I will never use for bank for anything. I am a business man myself. With a few employees that also will never use you.

This is my husbands google account FYI. He and I went in to this location at 4:45 to open an account. I know they close at 5, which may have been rude to do but I used to work at a bank (great western) and I know it only takes about 10, 15 minutes, if that to open a checking. The branch manager walked over and said either we had to have an appointment or come in an hour before close because it takes that long. BS! We obviously left since they were unwilling to help us. My husband has a lot of money with wells and we will now be closing his accounts and taking our business elsewhere. This is why I told my husband I didn’t want to bank with them, but he has a few accounts there so it was just more convenient. At my bank, even if a customer walked in at 5 till, we still would of helped them. It’s called GOOD customer service! It does NOT take an hour to open an account. If it does, you are incompetent. Do better next time guys.

Service when applying for an auto loan was truly awful. Despite my going into the branch in person about 4 times and sending emails asking what I needed to do next, the process dragged on for nearly two weeks before I finally withdrew. Each time I went in they needed a more clear photo of my ID or something arbitrary that they hadn't bothered to call and ask for. And, as mentioned before, impossible to get through to direct lines.

I went in here needing assistance with a wire transfer and banker L Conrad was really helpful, concise, and even waived the fee in celebration of me purchasing a home. If you need banking assistance, I highly recommend her!

I'm a realtor and I took in a small check to cash at Wells Fargo Bank and it was from a title company. It was made out in my name. The amount was roughly $3,200. I indicated I would like to cash the check. I presented two forms of ID and then I waited 15 minutes for them to okay the check. The manager indicated that they had to verify the signature on the check. I said could find out who signed the check and asked "if that would help?" The manager told me no that would not help. After 15 mins I took the check to my bank and deposited. The customer service is horrible here. I've never, ever had this happen at a Wells Fargo.

Train your bankers better. I came in asking about retrieving images of checks. I had called and they said I had to come in to get the info. The lady banker close to the door told me I could do it at home which is FALSE. Sucks they don't know all the info to do their job correctly
