My Fiance and I had the pleasure in working with Ryan Carter at 8z Denver in buying our first house this 2016 summer/ fall. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable on the Denver neighborhoods, Real Estate market and had a lot of patience with all the questions/ concerns we had as rookies in Home Buying. Given his experience in the field, he also knows a good deal about houses and the big/ small issues that come with purchasing a home, along with who we should contact to get items fixed or checked. This was a great help to us, as the houses we were looking at all needed varying levels of TLC. During the buying process, we hit a few rough spots with a couple listing agents, but Ryan always went to bat for us and fought to ensure we were getting the best deal/ outcome possible. You can definitely tell he loves his job. Plus, he is also a great partner in crime, as he helped my boyfriend (now fiance) out in the proposal! All around, Ryan is a great realtor and whenever we go on the house hunt again, he will be the first person we call.
