    The Westminster branch has no office service for some time now. I am unable to go to Pikesville or any other bank. I'm told they haven't employees. Well get some. Every other branch has them. You'd think a bank the size of Wells Fargo would get employees to that bank to service it's customers. Is this going to be permanent? If so auf Wiedersehen.

    We own a local non profit Ritas closet we sell special occasion wear and donate all the proceeds to local high schools in our daughters memory. Today I needed small bills and quarters for our cash drawer. I walked into Wells Fargo across from the Mall in Westminster MD. I asked for 100.00 dollars in ones, fives and a roll of quarters. My husband and I have mortgage and a second with Wells Fargo. The teller asked if my checking is with them I said no my mortgage and second are with you. He dismissed me and said he couldn’t give me change because I don’t have a savings or checking with them. I was appalled and promised I will move everything from them immediately on Monday. I work for a large car dealership locally and know the power of social media I promised them I would share this and I keep my promises unlike Wells Fargo who is trying desperately to repair their reputation! This will not help!! You might want to reconsider this ridiculous treatment of a customer that owes over 300,000 and will now take my business and all the interest you would have made elsewhere! Don’t trust Wells Fargo they are not customer oriented now or in the past.

    With all the money you make and have from your clients, You would think your customer service would be able to handle calls without keeping them on hold for over an hour. I can’t go into the branch because of the COVID-19. In order to make an appointment I have to call.... can’t get anyone to pick up. My ATM card was compromised and I can’t get a temporary card without an appointment. I’ve never had such an awful experience with a bank before!

    No complaints for day to day banking. However if you ever need to make a claim, be prepared for a giant waste of time. It took me 3 months to file a claim just to have it promptly denied. Spent countless hours on hold and every step of the way when i asked if i was wasting my time, i was assured i had a good case. Their compamy infrastructure is a joke and nobody knows anything about anything.

    Lost Deposit and did not want to take responsibility for it. Gives inaccurate info. Closing my account as soon as the new Credit Union opens, I'm going there. I have been with Wells Fargo for 4 years. I have started the process of closing all of my accounts with them. They lied to me to talk me into a Secured card, i was promised my deposit back after a year of on time payments. I made my payments early and paid extra and 3 years later they still refuse to return my deposit. Closed the account. They also force you to open a savings account when you open a checking account. Closed that too. After everything else is rerouted to my other bank the checking is being closed. They are completely unethical. I had a 1.99 charge come out from google when it wasnt suppose to be charged to that account and they charged me an overdraft fee of 35.oo over 1.99. Very unethical. My savings was set up to cover overdraft but i had to move the money myself because they still charged me a 35 fee.

    Checked the hours of operation. Went to the bank at 4:50 p.m. and they had already locked the doors. Why have hours if you’re closing before that time.

    Not even an star but just said all the times I want to use ATM is not working or unavailable to make deposits not really good you guys need to put more ATM around the town .
