This branch has the poorest customer service. Got in the branch at 2:05pm, way too early for my appointment at 3pm. Patiently waited. 230ish both banker were done with their respective customers. Waited for them to call me and hoping they can accommodate me early. Much to my surprised a lady came in with no appointment was immediately taken by the male banker and another customer with no appointment as well was acknowledged and helped by the other banker. 305pm. Exactly an hour waiting. I am ready to go until this lady banker stopped me and argued that the banker who will help me is soon to be finish and i need to wait for him… she even rubbed it to my face that i am hour early for my appointment. So what does it mean? is it bad to be early for your appointment? Maybe i am to old fashioned that someone will acknowledge your presence warmly and genuinely. That they appreciate your time and your business. But NO! this people are so rude, and they don't care of clients time. Other branches are not like this.. felt so disrespected. People work in this branch should have a customer service refresher course.

I guess my expectation when it comes to customer service is high because that’s what the tower branch in downtown Portland is giving to each and every customer they have. I usually use the ATM at Lloyd branch for my small transaction. But today since my transaction is outside my normal one I waited in line and hoping I can get the same warm experience. But failed. The teller who helped me was not only rude but also lacking in showing compassion and empathy not sure if she’s having a bad day or she doesn’t want my business. I asked nicely and politely but the response I got was a little bit combative. Not a good experience at all. Hopefully the tower branch will open soon.

Abhorrently slow service every time I go to this branch. Always understaffed and most tellers now are painfully slow making deposits; feels like time stands still there. This branch is a last resort for me to visit as I loathe coming in knowing my time will be wasted standing there for slow-motion banking.

Worst Wells Fargo branch I've been in so far in Portland. Came in to ask some questions about my credit card and my account, they told me to have a seat and someone would be with me soon. There were two bankers busy with clients, the rest were not. Some bankers on their lunch break had come back, and we're just standing around chatting with the other bankers. I waited 45 minutes before deciding to finally leave and just go to the downtown branch.

Only one person on the teller line, and one banker. Wait time to deposit a check was about 10 min and only one person was in front of me. Smh.

The absolute worst bank I have ever done business with NATIONWIDE. We’ll be moving our business accounts and personal accounts to another bank ASAP. We’ve put up with this unacceptable behavior from this bank far too long. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

The teller was friendly, but what sort of bank requires you to have an account to exchange US for Canadian currency? I went out of my way to get here on a Saturday morning; what a waste of time.
