Checked online before driving across town, the stores hours say open until 4:30pm. Showed up at 4pm, looked closed. I walked up to the front door where the hours say open until 4:30pm as well, but they were in fact closed. Very frustrating.

Made an appointment in advance to get a cashier's check for the down payment on my house - we were closing the following day - and 30 minutes before the appointment they cancelled it with no explanation. They also didn't pick up their phones after multiple attempts. Absolutely ridiculous.
Hi Sydney, Thank you for reaching out. We are disappointed to hear about your experience. Your feedback will be provided. ^Annette

The SLOWEST BOFA YOUVE EVER BEEN TO. There’s always 10-15 people deep in line with ONE teller working. They are never in a rush to speed the line up either. Go elsewhere. This location is awful.

Tried to get help with bank account on behalf of demented person when had the POA paperwork spent most of time sitting there listening to the banker talk to legal without any pause for minutes on end without any communication with us left one hour later when all we needed was the knowledge that could have taken 10 minutes to figure out. Again with nothing to show for it because nothing was accomplished. Frustrating!

Don't waste your time. I've been banking with BofA for 7 years and this location has never failed to disappoint and/or piss me off. 1. Lines are always long and there are never more than 2 tellers working. 2. Nobody answers the phone. Ever. 3. Making an appointment is a waste of time and effort. I made an appointment twice- once to talk to someone about home financing options, and once to close my checking account. Wow. The first time, they called to tell me the banker I made an appointment with online actually wasn't in the office that day, and I could reschedule if I wanted to. I decided against it since the notice was about 20 minutes before my appointment and I was already on my way in traffic. Just wow. The second time I made an appointment and was very specific online about why I was making it. When I got there I had to wait in line to ask a teller about my appointment, which nobody knew anything about. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and they had no idea why I was there. They were also very obviously disinterested in helping me once I made it clear I would not be opening another account. The lack of professionalism at this location, as well as others I've visited, is honestly something else. 4. I've just recently given up on BofA as my main bank because their customer service is just atrocious, both in-person and over the phone. The phone agents are so poorly trained it's amazing to me, and nobody seemed very interested in talking about the negligence that I had experienced when I reported my financial information had been stolen, and the agent did nothing outside of sending me a new debit card. She did not freeze my account, even though I specifically said that there were checks in my purse when it was stolen. I was assured these checks would be unusable, but within a week multiple fraudulent checks showed up on my transactions statement. At this point I decided it was time to go elsewhere with my money, and you probably should too. There's an OnPoint just up the street on Broadway. I opened a new checking account there faster than I was able to get into my scheduled appointment at BofA, even with several people in the waiting room ahead of me. The comparison in customer service is laughable.

Very poor customer service. No one answers the phone!!! Tried to call to ask a simple question about their services and could not get anyone on the phone. No one answered the phone at SE Hawthorne location either. I made an appt. just to get a simple wire transfer done. I was kept waiting over 15 minutes and had to ask the teller TWICE to get someone to handle my appt. as THEY were running late. Finally got in to see the mgr and got my wire transfer done. Overall took me over 30 minutes at the bank for something that should have taken 10 minutes if they were on time. Mgr. apologized but obviously nothing changed since I called the branch again today and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!

First time visit to this branch as B of A closed our SE Morrison branch and suggested we now use the Lloyd Center location. Problem #1: Getting there is a struggle as the traffic is horrid which makes it very difficult to turn into their parking lot. That's not their fault, but sadly starts the visit out with a negative vibe. Problem #2: Six teller windows available, but only one teller working. And there was a line of people waiting. Simply very poor customer service. Problem #3: No commercial customer teller window. Almost every branch has one designated window to take care of commercial customers who normally have larger and more complex transactions to do. Not one at this branch. Problem #4: While the woman working the one teller window was very nice, her comment that the branch is not hiring any additional people because the future of banking is on-line and not branches while possibly accurate is very sad. Gee...lets get this straight: we'll give poor service by having just one teller available and then when customers stop coming in due to the poor service and long wait times say that the branch is closing due to not enough people using it. Downward spiral all the way.cnor

I had a very bad experience with this bank today. It never happened with other BofA branches before. I have many accounts with BofA and politely asked to exchange with 20 X $100 bills for $2K for emergency situation. They asked me to go to other bank or other branches. Is this bank doesn't have that much money? Very bad customer service and not happy with them.

Teller w'ould not deposit a endorsed check that was written to BOTH of us without both of us being there. I asked to close my account and the teller says I have to make an appointment to do so. Called the 1-800 number and they closed it and said it was weird that they didn't let us deposit the check since one of us was there and both of us signed it. Went down the street to US Bank and they had no issue depositing the check even though only one of us is on the account.
