    We went in to open my daughter's first checking/, savings account. Cristina was amazing! She fixed a few problems and showed my daughter how to use a check registry and the WF app. She was polite and fun to be with. Great experience, thank you!

    Worst drive thru experience I’ve had with Wells Fargo. Been a member for 8 years and this young lady on Blue Mound road made me wanna close all my accounts with Wells Fargo. That’s what I get for going to a different brance

    So I called this exactly location to ask for help about my account. Because even though I went there and tried to deposit my check and get my money available today. The NOT very well trained or polite teller couldn’t do it right, she looked as she didn’t know what she was doing. After I left the bank to check my account and see if the money was there, my account was negative and for $.75 there was gonna be an $35 overdraft. So I don’t know what is going on with this location. This is ridiculous, y’all need to train your people. People don’t always have time to be wasted like that. Sometimes we need the money the same day.

    These guys are awesome. Could not be friendlier or more helpful. Emanuel and Alex and all the tellers are amazing. If every branch treated their clients as this one does Wells Fargo might actually salvage their reputation. Thank you!!!

    This branch has gone to pot!!! Uneducated bankers and never answer the phone or return calls. I have used WF for years and I have had enough. Taking my business elsewhere.

    It's a bank. Nice people and there's no pressure to sign up for stuff you don't want to. To another review, most all banks will charge you to cash a check if you don't have an account there.

    Been a customer for over 20 yrs, the customer service today was bad, they had 4 tellers and only one working with a big line of people, all the manager could say was she will be right with you!! I guess I won't be going back to that Branch!

    Wait time is EXTREMELY too long. I understand certain measures have to be taken due to COVID but to wait in line for 30 minutes to simply cash a check is ridiculous!!!
