    The Alamogordo location is fine. It’s the company as a whole that’s an issue. I’ve never had so many issues with a bank before it’s ridiculous. Had issues with fraud charges to my account two times. First time they said “well sorry nothing we can do, try and contact the merchant” the merchant was a fake obviously or it wouldn’t have been a fraudulent charge. Second time they actually got my money back, but had to send me a new card. These people sent me a new card in the mail, that they had already turned off for fraud charges before I even got the card in the mail. So now I can’t pay my bills like I need to and I have to wait who knows how long for another card that they hopefully actually did right this time. Will never recommend this bank to anyone. and I will be closing my account and they will be losing a customer. Would give zero stars if I could.

    My girlfriend has been trying to get her house refinanced and it has been the worst experience. They lose paperwork that we have sent them multiple times, and after two weeks of not hearing from them my girlfriend called them only for them to tell her that she has to spend another $600 on top of the $700 it already costs to start the process. They have been completely unprofessional and I regret ever having to do business with them.

    It's always a great deal of inconvenience to go to this bank. Long wait times in the drive through same if you need to see a teller inside cause most times they only have 1-2 tellers. You have to make an appointment if you need to do anything else with your account other than deposits or withdrawals.

    They won't accept deposits into families account. What bank doesn't want money? I dropped them once I found out they had hidden charges. I could see the charges on the app but couldn't see it on the computer. Their answer for it was "if you can't see it, you won't question it."

    Wells Fargo should be out of business for what they did in the past, but today when someone clearly stole my identity and opened an account with them. They tell me they can't do anything.

    I Love this bank, I have been with Wells Fargo for many years! Wells Fargo has always been there for me, and my businesses. Secondly, this branch location is by far the best. Service is exceptional, from the minute you walk in your are greeted and treated like a member of the bank. a person not just a dollar sign. Chris, Morgan, Donovan, Yerika, Shandy, Donald, Sammy Jo, Samantha and your newest manager, who is sharp, by the way, your servers were down, and he came up with a solution to assist the customer, until the issue was resolved. Thank you for being there for me all these years Wells Fargo and this friendly , caring staff in Alamogordo, NM.

    I love their ATMs, but it's never a pleasant experience when you have to go inside and deal with a person."I don't know what that is" is NOT a valid response to a request from a customer. So you're not knowledgeable AND you're terrible at customer service? You'd think with all the fees they charge that they could afford to hire better people.
