We were given incorrect information by the bankers on multiple occasions, which resulted in a delay of conducting personal affairs. The bankers and management staff were disrespectful and couldn’t care less. I sat in the lobby for 30 min while management just talked and joked. I then asked if there was a banker available and they said they were going to let me know when I walked in that I would be seen due to the banker unavailability, but that they had forgotten to come over and tell me. I went over to the other branch on Ash St and it was a completely different experience. Everybody was helpful and attentive. They resolved my issues immediately and apologized for the other branch. I will only be going to the Ash St. branch from now on. Wells Fargo should consider continuation training for bankers and management. No complaints with the tellers.

I own a startup business and I sent my partner to this branch to open a business account. He was told yesterday 2/16/2022 it would be a 2 hour wait to speak with a banker or to come back tomorrow which is today 2/17/2022. My partner opted to return today, when he arrived at this branch he is now told by Christa Davis there is no banker at this locations and to try sometime next week. This sounds a little odd to me. Wells Fargo needs to do better.

Bring a book. Every time I go into this branch I’m waiting 15-30 minutes for one (like today) or two people. Best part is, they close a window to serve you slower. After waiting in line (for the one person) I’m told there’s no one at the bank today to help me with my transaction. No one’s time is valuable to these people and why would there be people at the bank that could….do transactions. What a crazy concept. This branch is the worst I’ve been to. It needs to close.

In all my life 46 yrs I have never stood in line for a hr and in a hr time they saw 3 Customers line could continue outside. The Manager is so unprofessional she stands around and does absolutely nothing she just watch everything the tells do when they only have 2 tellers. It's truly sad that I would drive 30 mins to find a different branch. This branch should be closed down completely. One day I stood in line for 45 mins for her to pull a teller off the line to stand outside and lock the door. And no she didn't help with the line she just stood around looking crazy she's a AIR HEAD.. SO I TOOK MY MONEY OUT THIS BANK AND I AM NOW WITH CAPITAL ONE FREE CHECKING AND SAVINGS.. THANK YOU CAPITAL ONE!! AND SO DID MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS..

Teller has a set schedule. No? Teller goes to work on time and is then told, “I changed the schedule, I don’t need you until 1030” What kind of managing is this?

Was there on May 29, 21. We were in the drive through line waiting, and waiting. To guys were in front of us, making more transactions than allowed. We waited over 30min. in line behind those 2 guys. When we got to the window to make our 1 transaction, the teller did not apologize at all. Was not pleased at all with the service. This branch has been this way, since the beginning of the pandemic, holding people up at the drive through, and allowing more transactions than allowed by the signs posted at the drive through window.

Understand how things work now because of COVID. Of course appointments are first so waiting is not a problem. It becomes a problem when you just want to be added to a active customer however a non customer comes in and the manager wants to wait for them to pull up some approved application but will not help us. I promise she walked 7 times to ask if they have it ready so she can take a look at it to point them to the right direction. Yet, she looks at us and says “the banker will probably be able to get with you in another 30 minutes “ Btw, I am Hispanic and the other ladies are white. Of course the manager is white as well. Definitely see the problem in this bank! There is a picture of how she would help them after we were told to wait

This is the most poorly managed bank, always 1 teller working while 3 or 4 more walking around. Night drop box STILL broken!

Obviously the mgmt. has read the complaints and addressed them. Perfect banking experience at this branch 2day. 3 tellers at counter plus a rover. Polite and professional. Only 1 customer at walk up ATM. And open slots at drive thru. Great 2 c managers treating their problems properly. Try this branch again.

Today I waited an hour to get to the front in the drive thru. The teller Vicky was amazing once I got up there. I noticed she was running all 3 lanes alone. The cars were backed up to the mall. It’s NO REASON 1Teller should have to be overwhelmed with that many customers. And the inside is still closed. It’s no organization for people who are doing big matters and ones who are there just to pay a bill. Wells Fargo has to find some kind of solution because it has been like this for awhile now.
