Only giving a one star because I have to. Very unreliable service. My daughter had the worst experience. She was lied to then when everyone was on the same page there was no follow through on lenders end...never could get phone calls returned. The paperwork needed to hold the house was never completed, therefore she lost the original house she was wanting to purchase. Awful experience and awful customer service.

I highly recommend Suzy and her team. Suzy is very personable and extremely knowledgeable in the Lending world. She will do the right and best thing to make a deal happen and get to the closing table on time. Email, phone calls and texts during the process to keep everyone up to date. Suzy will even check in on the day of closing at the attorney's office to say hi and make sure things are going good. Definitely going that extra mile for great customer service.
