    I was on need the opening a saving account. And I try other banks and all off them find problems and turning me down or givme a distant dates too comeback ( ridiculois)I try to find a place to put my money safe..and bla.bla here and blabla there.very dificult.So one day y try the last time. On the wells Fargo.and believe me I was surprised with the friendship off the people there.I ask the clerk for an appointment..and surprise they said you don.t need an appointment right now.we can serve you right away.I was surprised.and everything going on satisfactory.very good and now I and considered work with that nice people all the time. And recomended.Thank Well Fargo.and good luck.👍😉

    Looking for a bank? Go elsewhere. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 15 years and I get treated like a piece of !@#$ EVERY single time. They are nice before you open an account. Once you do that it's over. It's going to take me days of work to make the switch but I will. Very soon. Bogota NJ wellsfargo needs new management or something dramatically to happen to turn around. Awful service. Too many banks go elsewhere. Run away as fast as you can!!!

    Manager was very rude. She was out of place by saying something slick to me... Poor customer service.

    This Wells Fargo located in Bogota,nj is open during Covid -19 . The inside is also open to the public . It’s clean their is a mail box at the front doo that’s a plus.

    The manager at this location is so rude, being in customer service myself I watched her belittle another customer in front of us, I felt absolutely terrible for the young man when he took his check and walked out. There was a teller there by the name of Elvin who was trying so hard to help but it was completely out of his hands. It broke my heart. I think it's time to find a new bank.

    A very bad Experience again As I was given wrong Infomation about depositing a check in my own account. I drove to the branch to deposit a check and the lady told me She can not deposit it as its under 2 names Me and my wife so She needs to sign it and I told her I have deposited it before many times and no one ever said that to me Even though I had a joint account, and she said No she can not deposit it. She waisted my Time. I called wellsfargo Customer service and they said I was given wrong Info. So this is the second bad Experience I am going to shut down my accounts as this bank does not meet my Requirements. I belive she was the supervisor or a manager.

    My first visit there I waited a while to close the account. Back then the staff and manager were friendly and polite. When my account was put in jeopardy I walked in to speak to someone who proceeded with closing account (my request) he was dismissive and directed me to speak to teller (he seemed bothered and unhappy, in a bad mood). The other bank rep refrain from answering any questions and directed me to call customer service in the back of the card, there was no concerns and no attention to my issues which made me feel unappreciated as a customer. This is the bank in my neighborhood but doubt I will ever go back there for business.
