    if you want to waste your time with amatuer service, bring you car to there. they just wasted my 2 hours by simply promising that they couldn't deliver from the first place... wasted my 2 hours... never going this dealer again

    Michael Park READ READ READ you are the "sales manager" for that business but you act like a thug on the street. LEARN how to treat customers with respect. I sent one of my friend there and he was disrespected BY YOU MICHAEL PARK. Hopefully many customers will read this review and treat you like GARBAGE.

    Stay Away! Unless like getting ripped off, low quality Slow service, multiple returns for poorly done low quality service, along with dangerous less than acceptable servicing. Regretfully a truism! BRM

I assume you would service your Lexus vehicle with a Toyota Service Center since its probably costs you less than a comparable Lexus dealership.     Website says open on sunday. Called to confirm, they told me they're open on sunday. Drove all the way there, took whole family, including kids...they're closed. Called them again - "oh, our service department is open, the showroom is closed." Waste of time, go elsewhere. I see you've responded. Does Toyota as a company back up your lies? Makes me start to doubt your trustworthiness as a company. They have on their website that you're open on Sunday.They don't say anything about the dealership being closed! If you're not allowed to be open, there's nothing wrong with that - be honest about it and don't inconvenience your potential customers.

    Got my car the end of June 2020, I think they are above average, not a easy time to do sales and interact with people face to face, but they are definitely better than some Toyota dealership who try to kidnap your mind before you go, at least I didn't feel being pressured to buy stuffs that I don't really need, in fact I have great chat with the finance manager, great guy, they are more like 4.5 stars, but they definitely need a receiptionist.

    Toyota of Hackensack is THE BEST! My salesman, Armando, is outstanding! I was in on Saturday to get my RAV4's 5000 mile checkup/first service -- the waiting room and the employees were all so pleasant that it made the short time I was there just zip by. I live in Rumson (Monmouth County) and, yes, there are Toyota dealerships closer to where I live, but they just don't compare -- I drive an hour each way to get to Toyota of Hackensack (where I acquired the vehicle) -- this dealership is THAT GOOD! - Chris Brighton

    U hour just to put the artenador belt,also they change my new batery to charge me with my 2019 rav4 that have his warranty,the mecanic manager told me that i have to left my car for 3 days just for change a simple belt,they told me the toyota warranty not cover the parts,the manager doesnt now mecanic.

    I purchased a used car at Toyota of Hackensack. I am from Massachusetts, but they had the model/year/price I was looking for. The first salesman, Christian Buda was nice to begin with but then when I told him that I wanted to know the terms of the financing before I drove 3.5hrs down there, he got all bent out of shape and rude. I then got passed on to salesman John Perkins. He was just ok. He told be they'd give me $2k for my trade. Low and behold, when I got there, the $2k not so surprisingly turned into $1k. Because I was from out of state, I contacted my insurance agent and got strict instructions on how the legal transfer of insurance/registratiion had to be handled. Well...John Perkins didn't agree with that and sent me on my way without the Title like my Agent had said I MUST leave with. By MA law, I had 7 calendar days to register my new vehicle, but I couldn't, because I DIDN'T HAVE THE TITLE. So, my insurance agent called John Perkins who passed her on to another department. They never called her back. The 10 days had now passed and I was driving around an unregistered, uninsured vehicle. They finally addressed the issue and guess what??? They should have sent me home with the title. In the mean time, we had a terribly windy night here in MA and some of my deck furniture blew off the deck and slammed into my UNINSURED car. Thanks JOHN!!! Now I have to cover the body work repairs myself because Toyota of Hackensack messed up and sent me home with no title. They finally sent the title and a check for sales tax & registration which I had paid at closing. However, their check was $57 short and no one is calling me back about this. Since then, I have called the Pre-Owned Manager Frederick Radulic 5 times and John Perkins once to discuss these issues. No calls back. Oh and don't let me forget to tell you about the sales sticker that lists all the vehicle options and accessories. When I got home, I compared the sicker to the actual car...14, YES 14, options/accessories that were listed onthe sticker that the car was NOT equipped with. I sent John Perkins an email and I got a response of "sorry, we have 3rd party do those window stickers for us". Ever heard of internal review, QA/QC, or standing behind your product??? Still waiting for my calls back.....AND my $57.

In this case with trade in values, we use several sources to give us a pricing guide, once we appraise the vehicle in person, prices fluctuate based on miles, condition, service records, and the wear on the car. In this case where we initially gave you a price of $2,000 "sight on seen" your vehicle with 220,000 miles on it, that is simply an approximate value before we physically appraise the vehicle. When we look at the vehicle there are plenty of things that can lower that number. We a dealership in the state of New Jersey are not allowed to process registration and insurance for customers that live in Massachusetts, and we cannot provide them with an out of state temp. In the state of Massachusetts the customer must go to their insurance provider in order to title and register a car. If there were any excess fee's charged to you, we will be more than happy to refund it immediately to the address on file. We here at Toyota of Hackensack put our customers first.
