    If you want fast courteous customer service don't go to this branch. 4 bankers behind the window, only 1 helping customers. The other 3 are just standing around talking.

    Big thanks to Sherlyn for answering my questions today regarding our balance to our savings account. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. And I would like to say thanks to Michael for printing out our bank statement (last month), even we didn’t need to make an appointment for getting it and lastly Brianna for a very informative answers that she gave me from all my questions last month. You guys have a good customer service!

    As of July 2021 this branch is still not operating inside service! They are so slow It’s absolutely unacceptable. The drive thru takes an average of 30 minutes and that’s if there’s only 3-4 cars in front of you. Do yourself a favor and pick another branch or better yet another bank!

    This bank is horrible ! My whole experience has lead me to the decision that I plan on leaving the whole Wells Fargo company. On Tuesday July 23rd, 2019 I deposited a check via the atm and I waited until Friday July 26 to see if the check would’ve cleared by then. Well it hadn’t so I decided to call that particular branch where I deposited the check and ask them what was the hold up. Well as I spoke with one of the branches employees, I was informed that I had forgot to sign the back of the check. Okay error on my end, so I questioned the employee in terms of why hadn’t I been notified by my bank of the error (after this whole ordeal, I spoke with my sister and she told me she had forgotten to sign the back of one of her checks with BANK OF AMERICA and they notified her right away of the error so that the issue could be resolved). Anyway I was informed by the employee that Wells Fargo policy states that the bank has up to 5 days to review a check, I then stated still someone had to notice the check wasn’t signed if atm deposits get picked up daily (which is what he told me) because my bank account statement showed that I had deposited the check! Well I was furious because he informed me that it was basically nothing the bank could do, I had to wait until the bank sent the check back to my house. Well days went by and I still hadn’t received my check. So I called this branch on yesterday, July 31st to speak with a someone and the lady I initially spoke with acted as if she didn’t know how to help me so she would transfer me to the atm department. Well that was no help either because where she transferred my call to was just an automated voice system. I just was like ok never mind I need to just speak with a manager so I hung up and called the branch back and just asked immediately to speak with a manager. I was informed that the manager was on a phone call and that I could leave my name and number and she would get back with me. Well 2 hours went by and I still hadn’t received a call back so I decided to call again well this time I got a man on the phone and again I asked to speak directly with a manger and this time she was in a meeting so he said I could leave my name and number and the branch manager would call me back. WELL that never happened so here I am today, the next day August 1st and still no one has reached out to me! I truly do need my check and no one seems to have any urgency with that matter. So it’s gotten me to the point now where I’ve decided to leave Wells Fargo and never bank with them again! I’m sure citi bank or even Bank of America would love to have me as a customer!

    I have never in my 40years of banking was blessed to have help from the banker Sherlyn...She was very knowledgeable of everything that somehow became misconstrued in my pass visit....She was very apologetic concerning issues that she wasn't responsible for..Just the most kindest person I ever encountered..She also acted in an emergency situation on my behalf properly......When you sit and talk about your financial concerns she breaks it down in simple forms...She make you feel so comfortable it's almost like she's a personal friend...You can really tell she genuinely care about her job and the people who bank there...Her warm personality will blow you away ...Many thanks to this intuition for having her at this branch..Just a breath of fresh air.Many thanks to you Sherlyn you are absolutely the best
