    I would not recommend wells fargo or this location, i went to cash my check (first check with a new job) and he declined to cash my check because i didnt have two forms of ID, but i have banked with in the past as well cashed other checks at different locations. He should’ve been able to pull it up with no hesitation.

    Just want to acknowledge a pleasant transaction. My son lost his debit card, we stopped by on a Saturday and they got him a temp issued in no time. Very courteous and professional, it was a nice experience.

    You seriously need to reopen the lobby or schedule more people to handle the bottleneck at your window. This picture only shows half of what was going on. The line was still continuing behind me. Last time I waited 45 minutes when there was only 4 cars ahead of me. I could only imagine how long I wouldve waited if I stayed in line.

    Kristin Andrew should not be in customer service! She was super rude and gave us dirty looks all over a situation where she had to go through loop holes to help a customer! I advise her to never work as a teller!

    Honestly has to be the slowest wells fargo ive ever been to took 37 mins to withdraw money seriously and I was first in line just stuck waiting

    The wait times for the atm are ridiculous, terrible customer service that isn’t helpful at all..they should really open the lobby multiple banks have had lobby’s open I haven’t been able to get a temporary card while I wait for mine to come in the mail and it’s going on week two

    Does not state on website must have appt to enter lobby. Lady at door was rude. Here I was taking my handicap mom to her bank. Would not let her make changes to her account
