    The buying experience was good other than a $2600 3rd party extended service contract shoved into the mix after I specifically asked for Honda Care service contract. Went back to cancel it on May 3rd and the finance manager was not pleasant. Yes, I am aware this goes back to the lien holder and yes I am aware that it does not change my payments. It does change the principal balance. I was able to purchase Honda care through another dealership for less than half the price and covers more mileage. Also called the warranty company today to find out that after 27 days the dealership has not turned in the cancellation form. Is this how you really treat customers?? Second issue is with Catherine in service. Took vehicle in on May 12 and parts were ordered to fix the rubber strip on roof and missing buttons from back seat cover. Never received a call back in 2 weeks so I had to call to verify parts were in and schedule the service on May 29. After sitting there for almost 4 hours Catherine comes to give me the bad news that the windshield was broken by the technician. Putting me in a rental. Told her i needed my keys and other items out of car. She said she would bring me the keys back but instead grabbed her purse and drink and left to go on "break" ? So not communicating with the customer and taking care of the customer takes a back seat?? Then Enterprise had NO CARS so had to wait an hour for a considerable downgrade just to have transportation. I see this relationship on thin ice from the get go and unless this gets turned around really quickly then I will part ways and find a dealership that can take care of their paychecks...The Customer. Your response below seems to lack much sincerity. If you valued me as a customer then you would actually respond by phone if you truly wanted to discuss the issues I have experienced so far with your dealership. I bought the car from you guys....so if you really wanted to get in touch you already have my contact information on file...it's really that simple. The ball is in your court. I'm not the one that is going to lose out if you fail to address staff/customer service issues.

    So much drama there! We agreed on a OTD price several hundred dollars less than their original offer. When signing a contract, with 36-month finance at 0.9%, the monthly payment came out to be higher than what I calculated. We politely asked the sales person to explain the difference and the sales manager became angry and told us "I don't care". Then he became out of control,crumple up and threw the worksheet into a trash bin. I was a very puzzled at the scene. Because the normal and more reasonable reaction should be like 'really? lets re-look at the numbers'. When I went home, I recalculated the number, and I realized he was using the original offered price before the final agreed number as the base for loan calculation. The reason he was so angry is when he realized we recognized his tricks. Worst car buying experience ever! They successfully ruined our day and turned a supposed happy buying experience in to a memorable drama. Yes please contact me. (After 2 months, owner never contacted me). Contact info deleted.

    Tenille and her service team members get a 5 star from me. As far as the Sales Team and Finance Department its a 1 star service. The follow through is terrible! I’ve been back and forth for MONTHS after the Finance Department told me that he would find a solution to my problem and be in touch. He hasn’t returned any of my calls. I’ve been waiting for an answer since August! I will NEVER purchase anything else from Keating Honda!

    I started my journey with Honda in 1986 when I purchased my first new car, an Accord. I loved my car...not so much the salesperson, or the experience. I went on to purchase a 1991, 1998, 2005, and 2007...all Accords. Today, my husband and I purchased a 2016 Accord from Zack Poshard, and the overall experience was very positive. Zack was quite knowledgable, very personable and professional, as well as patient (since I don't make these kinds of decisions quickly). We really appreciate that he didn't push us to purchase the newer 2018. He showed us all our options, answered our questions, and never once did we feel pressured. This was the most positive car purchase experience we have ever encountered. No doubt, we'll return!
