    This branch was the epitome of why I DO NOT back at Wells Fargo. I stopped in to request help with 2 checks that were issued to myself and deceased mother. First of all the only person to acknowledge me was the newest person, and only did so after she came to the conclusion that any one of the other five other employees were not going to acknowledge my presence. I explained the issue I was hoping to resolve, and she promptly stated she was new and would need help. All of the other employees, which were all standing around having personal conversations, never looked her way when she was trying to flag someone down. She finally had to hit the service bell to get the attention of her co-workers. I then re-explained my issue and this employee stated it would be half an hour before I could speak with any one about whether or not it could be resolved. So it takes 30 minutes for someone to make a phone call when there were no less than four people just standing around talking? I wish I could have taken a picture and shared it. Wells Fargo's apparent customer service standard is absolutely shameful, and must be the same standard they apply to hear balance sheets. They OVERCHARGED me by hundreds, possibly into the thousands of dollars on a car loan I previously had with them. I'm not even sure because I am still getting checks over a decade later... Truthfully it is has become another thorny reminder of a very painful family death whenever I receive one of these "remediation" checks, as I consider them theft reminders. First, they couldn't be bothered to issue the check with the name(s) the original loan was under so it could deposited without an issue, nor could they be bothered to notice a death certificate had already been filed. DO NOT do business with Wells Fargo, the mattress is way better.

    I have been calling for 45 minutes. I have called several different branches. All I want to do is ask a question with a live person! What happened to a real person answering the phone??

    I understand we’re in a pandemic and things are going to be different, but it is super irritating that they only have one cashier working the drive thru. If we can’t come in the lobby because of covid then what are the other employees doing in there? I sat for 20 minutes this morning with 12 other cars because the cashier needed to talk with some of the customers she knows. Be prepared to sit for ages, put your car in park and use the time to meditate or something.

    Cashing a rather large check, I asked for 100 dollar bills. I was handed no large bills only 20's. When I asked about it I was told by 2 tellers that they were saving the hundreds when that's explicitly what I asked for. I'm never going to this bank again and don't appreciate the way you treat your customers. I'll just deposit the checks from now on where I can boycott Wells Fargo completely.
