    One lane open in the drive thru and it took over 10 minutes to process my deposit once I got to the window. Poor customer service!

    They never answer the phone. I switched from Kroger pharmacy to a local pharmacy for better service and it seems I’m going to have to switch banks too. The wait is always so long in the bank and only have one or two tellers even though it’s busy.

    I have banked here myself and the company I work for also banks here. First off they only ever have 2 people working. You always feel sorry for the 2 works because there is always a line out the door and they work as fast as they can, so props to them for not just walking out. Secondly the drive thru is always closed, And since they don't post it at the road and the parking lot isn't connected to the drive thru you have to drive all the way around the building do a dangerous left turn out of there onto Thornton Avenue and go back around into their parking lot. They also charge you for every little thing they possibly can just to bank or do any kind of business with them. Its exactly why we only had a savings account with them for 4 months before we closed our account and went back to USAA.

    I needed to open a new account for my son. The lady said they didn’t have time. “Really” I went to a different bank. This is the third time I go and they don’t have time are can’t help me. I have 20 years with Bank of America the service is not good.

    Without going into detail i payed them the $400 i owed them then a few days later they sent me a letter in the mail telling me that i still owed??? Ok! So i paid again via mail. A few months go by and not a word. So assumed they got the money. Well eventually they sent me another letter telling me that i still owed. Went to the bank to speak with a teller who told me to call a number where i was informed that i should go to the bank a d speak with a teller?? I'll never do business with this horrible corrupt bank again. I guess laundering money for drug cartels is more important than helping customers!?!? Wish there were a way to give zero stars.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. Called to confirm the location of a safe deposit box for my elderly mother in law with all account information. Manager was busy with a customer- so what am I??? No one else can help. "Customer Service" Rep said "someone told me I can't give you that information" HOW PROFESSIONAL! No offer to have manager return my call...Sorry, Sorry, Sorry!!! Will make a trip to Dalton tomorrow to hunt for the safe deposit box and close this account. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!

    Only the drive through open with one teller. 9 cars in front of me when I arrived, waited 30 minutes to get to the window and at least a dozen cars behind me when I reached the window. They desperately need more help.

    This bank is not customer service aligned. No one answers the phone. They don't open on Saturdays, not even for a few hours for a drop off or deposit. My location, also my available hours makes working with this bank bad enough. But then consider between BOA not answering their phone and their not open on weekends surely makes for difficult banking. In fact I have never had such difficulty dealing with a bank as this one. It doesn't deserve even one star but this "rate & review" is set up so that one must "click" on a star to submit a review. Thus it tallies the other stars (or even half stars) and it then gives it a false rating of -2.5 stars. Totally undeserving. I am looking for a way to contact CEO Brian Moynihan, as I have more concerns than those listed here.

    My husband banks at this bank and recently added me to his account. I am disappointed that they don’t have the drive thru service. Anybody would assume that now these days that everything is easy access, Bank of America would have a drive thru teller to make it more convenient for their customers. Instead of having to go inside when in need to make a transaction that can not be done through the ATM (ex. cashing a check, not depositing the check). Their customer service is not so good and the times I have been there, there’s not enough associated for the demand of people in line waiting. I asked if there was a public bathroom and they said no. To me that is a no no 👎🏻 since they make you wait a long time. I will be in the search of a new bank for me and my husband.

    This is the worst Bank ever. It's not a home town bank for sure. It's time for me to move my money. If you are Hispanic it's the place for you. I need two 50.00 bills for Birthday cards. Waited 45 minutes in line. Ridiculous!!
