Worst customer service in this branch. Branch website informs that you do not require to schedule an appointment to see a banker. It seems they take their lunch all the same time; so unfortunately if you work in any type of industry and try to run errands during your lunch time, here you won’t be able to accomplish much since they can’t accommodate their customers. The manager Regina Moore, was not much a leader, as she was not sensitive to the circumstance. She was laughing with a colleague unfortunately to eye sight making in seem as they were in a casual conversation when as costumer your feeling frustrated to get help. I understand we all need a break and lunch but shall be run in a different way being mindful to accommodate costumers during those hours in particular or clarifying the need of appointments.

The associate who helped me with a wire transfer was very helpful, but over 4 hours after, they still didn't process it until I called them to ask what was holding things up. Their delay prevented me from closing on our first home. Don't trust this bank with time sensitive transactions.

Worst drive through ever at a bank. Paid my outstanding credit card debt early cause the drive through process is the slowest, unimproved process of this age. Please save yourself the hour each time you need to access the drive through and go to a different bank....

I come here from time to time for simple things. Sometimes the personal tellers come on very strong and pushy. Other times the tellers disregard simple requests if you're not a current customer. The lighting seems a bit dim at times and their front entrance (where the atm is) is a bit bland and could use updating. However, very ample parking space which is becoming more of a commodity in retail banking.

Had bad experience service with Isamar Rodriguez at this location. wish somebody slap you in the face. Not recommended to anyone to go to this branch. She make simple things complicated and make me to wait an hour in line which I have not seen in chase or other banks.

Service is very slow, takes about 30 minutes to a do a deposit. I was the only customer inside and 3 other tellers were just roaming around. Customer service is garbage, go to another branch or bank

Great staff but no privacy. The next lady in line was literally standing so close I could take a step back. The manager shouldn’t let that happen. The line should back up farther from the counter.

The service is extremely slow, and they ignore customers! I have sent three emails, but have never gotten any reply back. I have called more than five times, and the person who answers says my banker will call me back, but I have never received any calls back! Ridiculous! You could never reach them via email or phone!!!
